Rue du Malonat is a quiet street, just off the well-known Rue de la Préfecture in the heart of the Old Town. The apartment is a two minute walk to the Cours Saleya and its colourful markets, the Promenade, and the beach. It is a mere five minute stroll to both the Port and bus station. Ten minutes away lies the shopping district. The living and kitchen area is open plan. There is a cosy chocolate baroque sofa and an LCD screen with DVD player. The dining area has a round glass table with four velvet baroque dining chairs. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment. It hosts a double bed, ornate bedside tables and matching set of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a large tiled vanity area with feature mirror. A washing machine is housed beneath the vanity unit. A separate WC lies on the other side of the corridor. Modern open plan white kitchen with integrated microwave oven, four-ring electric hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. 4th floor. No lift.

    We can provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels at £15 per person.
    The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. This charge is what our professional laundry service charges us. We do not make a profit from linen. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.

Great location. Bright, sunny, clean apartment, comfortable bed. It was very charming. The apartment was well-maintained, newly renovated. We really enjoyed ourselves. Climbing the stairs everyday is a bit of a workout. It was worth it for us. We enjoyed the sunny apartment on the top floor. The only major inconvenience for us was no access to the internet. Internet access was not listed as an ammenity. So, we we're aware of that. Although, since we we're there for a month, it would have been nice to have access. TV was not available, however, that was listed as an ammenity. Not a big deal for us, although, it might be for others. Oven/grill was not available and that was listed as an ammenity also. I would have liked an oven .......at least a toaster oven. I love to cook and use an oven quite often to warm things, and for broiling. Overall.....we enjoyed our stay very much. Note to the owner: We suggest a shower curtain in the bathroom. It was difficult to keep water from spraying on the floor. This could cause damage to the floor over time.
