Notes to the rental rates

  • The Rental price is for a maximum of 6 person. Extra sofa with 2 beds is + 200 Euros/Week. Reservations: A 50% non-refundable deposit must accompany all bookings to obtain confirmation. Balance of rental is payable six weeks before arrival date. A refundable deposit of €200 is required for damages or breakages.
  • Extras available on request:
    Please let me know in advance if you would like any of the following: Additional heating to the outdoor pool if you want the temperature raised to 24 degrees centigrade in the winter. This needs to be pre-booked and costs: - 60 € or 41 GBP per week in June, July, August and September. - 90 € or 61 GBP per week in May and October. - 180 € or 124 GBP per week in November, December, January, February, March and April.
  • The house has cleaning/laundry service every week, but additional cleaning/laundry service are charged by the hour.
    Although a welcome pack will be provided, groceries shopping can be arranged on request (payable on arrival).
    Note: If guess arrive or leave the house after 6 PM our representative will charge an extra 30 Euros for the check in/out. As well this applies for arrivals & departures Saturdays and Sundays.

Our stay was very good and close to excellent with some small daily problems which probably would be solved if we would report from beginning, but it was not very important for us.
In general property was described accurate, was clean and well-maintained.

We ordered minimum of customer service, but provided service was on very good level and "staff" was very friendly.

I think the main thing to be included in description of this property is that the construction of the new bridge very close to Villa and on the same level was very close to finish when we were leaving and this could have very high influence in noise level inside and outside Villa after traffic will be released through this bridge

Without knowing how the noise level and traffic intensity looks like with usual traffic load I would recommend this property to a friend with some reserve

Owner's response:

The new bridge is only one way small for locals it is not a motorway. The noise should be minimum and will keep the privacy of the villa.
