This lovely detached villa sleeps 13 over 2 separate self-contained luxury apartments (upper 5, lower 8). The upper apartment comprises 1 king sized double and 1 single bedroom, both with wardrobes, drawers & dressing & bed-side tables. There is a very large lounge with dining area with Italian dining suite & area with a futon to sleep a further 2 people. Total sleeping capacity is 5 people. The luxury bathroom has a bath, good shower, large sink and loo. The state of the art kitchen has fully fitted integrated appliances including full sized fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, griddle, coffee maker & grinder, smoothie maker as well as the usual small electrical items, crockery etc. The Kitchen is open plan into the lounge area, split by a granite breakfast bar. Lounge has 42' TV Satellite, PC internet, DVD library, Hi-Fi, glass & side-board units & coffee & nests of tables. This villa is perfectly located in a quiet secluded spot with hardly any traffic, yet only 5 minutes to the local beaches and coves like Fustera and 10 minutes from the towns and beaches of Moraira and Calpe, and 20 minutes to Javea. Benidorm is only 20 minutes along the motorway where you will find various waterparks, animal parks and zoos, and the fantastic Terra Mitica theme park. There is an abundance of superb but reasonably priced restaurants locally and in the nearby towns and other nightlife and shows like the famous Benidorm Palce on the outskirts of Benidorm, which is definitely worth a visit. Notes:

Seating areas can be modified as there are many dining area and chairs can be moved around the villa between inside and terraces and between the apartments if the villa is rented as a whole for 13 people. There is an air purification system to ensure the villa smells clean and fresh even when it has been locked up. There are inflatables in the pool cupboard and a shower and slide by the pool which has a pool cover - in the summer this allows the pool to reach 36 degrees and also keeps the pool warm for longer at the end of the summer season. Pool heating is by solar cover not electric. Maintained by pool man. There is a washer dryer is in the utility room to the lower apartment but may be used just arrange by speaking to the clients renting the lower apartment.
