This villa is perfectly located in a quiet secluded spot with hardly any traffic, yet only 5 minutes to the local beaches and coves like Fustera and 10 minutes from the towns and beaches of Moraira and Calpe, and 20 minutes to Javea. Benidorm is only 20 minutes along the motorway where you will find various waterparks, animal parks and zoos, and the fantastic Terra Mitica theme park. There is an abundance of superb but reasonably priced restaurants locally and in the nearby towns and other nightlife and shows like the famous Benidorm Palce on the outskirts of Benidorm, which is definitely worth a visit.   • ALL RATES, PARTICULARLY OFF PEAK, DUE TO CURRENT ECONOMIC CLIMATE, ARE SUBJECT TO NEGOTIAION AS WE WOULD RATHER HAVE THIS LOVELY VILLA FULL ALL YEAR RATHER THAN UNUSED. JUST EMAIL. REDUCED RATES IF ONLY ONE OF THE TWO APARTMENTS ARE USED

    Less than 7 night stays considered at supplement dependent on the length of stay and number of occupants. Please email for details.

    Due to the current economic climate we are not increasing the tariffs for 2010

    Booking deposit is 20% with balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.

    Our local agent will hold a 300 Euro damage deposit which will be returned on departure upon return of the villa and safe keys and subject of course to their being no damage.

    Our multilingual agent in Benissa meets our clients at J.63 of the E15/A7 motorway and shows them to the villa and is available for consultation during their holiday. If meeting time is after 10pm or departure before 7am, then there is a 25 Euro supplement to be paid to the agent locally
  • 15% discount for all advance bookings of a week or more made at least 12 weeks before date of departure for bookings of the whole villa (not for either of the separate apartments which would be discounted anyway)

    For bookings of the whole villa for a week or more for less than 8 guests we will negotiate on price of rental due to savings on housekeeping.

Notes: Pool has a very thick pool cover which enables the pool to reach 36 degrees (summer) and keeps it warmer for longer into the autumn/winter in comparison to those without covers. Guests were swimming last week in October. Pool is not electrically heated. Maintained by pool man twice a week in summer and once a week in winter.

DEPOSITS: A deposit of 300 euros will be taken locally and returned upon departure upon return of the villa keys, safe keys and subject of course to there being no damage

OCCUPANCY / ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: Guest may take occupancy after 4pm on day of arrival but if there are no prior guests then we are happy for guest to occupy the villa earlier at no additional charge. If your flight arrives earlier we are happy for guests to deposit cases earlier and use the pool facilities whilst the cleaners arrange the change over. On day of departure guests must vacate at 9am if there are incoming guests on the same day, if not, we are happy for guests to vacate later at their convenience Guest who require a late meet after 10pm on arrival or early departure before 7am, our local agent charges a 25 euro surchage for working unsocialble hours, to be paid to her locally.

Beautiful La Vina

We really enjoyed our holiday at La Vina. The Villa was so comfortable with everything you could need and more for a wonderful escape. Beautifully appointed rooms, a splendid kitchen with every appliance and utensil you could think of as well as panoramic views of the valley to the sea. The main en suite bathroom was absolutely gorgeous, you could almost swim to the other side! So much thought has gone into the decor and every effort has been made for you to feel at home. The Villa has the added attraction of being in two appartments, which, with a large family is ideal for a slight separation at times and also works so well as stand-alone areas. It is situated near so many interesting towns, large and small and within easy drive of Benidorm for lively night life and restaurants. We really couldn't fault the villa and would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

We have just returned after two weeks. The pool is the very best. It is big and the saltwater is a pleasure to swim in. The house is a bit smaller than the pictures show but the view is a lot better. It is far away (but in driving distance) from all the touriststuff. Worth trying.
