Casa Lille sleeps up to 6 guests & is finished to the highest standard. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with air-conditioning & 3 shower rooms, 2 of which are en-suite. The villa has it’s own heated (optional) private pool & is located in a quiet residential area approximately 1.5Km from the sea & local amenities. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan dining & living areas & 2 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is upstairs in the turret & has it’s own private terrace area with a sea view. The dining area leads on to a covered terrace with steps down to the open, south-facing pool terrace & large (10m x 5m) optionally heated swimming pool. At one end of the pool terrace there is a shady pergola with ceramic furniture & a built-in barbeque. At the other end of the pool terrace the garden is planted with palm trees creating a relaxed, tropical atmosphere. The prices per week are inclusive of air-conditioning in the summer months & under-floor heating in winter.

Casa Lille is located off the main coast road between the popular and stylish town of Moraira (approximately 7Kms) with it's beautiful marina and many bars and restaurants and the larger bustling town of Calpe (approximately 3Kms) that offers 2 large sandy beaches and a wide range of amenities for everyone. The nearest beach is less than 2Kms from the villa, it is a lovely sandy beach with a bar and facilities available during the summer months. There is an excellent supermarket approximately 1.5Km from the villa that offers a good selection of English brands & newspapers as well as local produce. The nearest bar/eaterie is about 3 minutes walk away, with many more bars/restaurants along the coast road or in Moraira or Calpe themselves. There are many amenities & activities available in the area including golf, horse riding, tennis, sailing and snorkling as well a a good selection of attractions & sights to see including Terra Miticia, Mundomar, Aqualandia and Guadalest.

  • All the bathrooms are fully tiled. A bath towel & hand towel are provided per person per week. An additional hand towel for the family bathroom is provided along with bath mats in each bathroom.

  • Casa Lille has three spacious bedrooms, all of which are very private from each other. The master bedroom is located in one wing of the ground floor with a twin-bedded bedroom located in the other wing on the ground floor. The third bedroom, a double-bedded room, is upstairs in the turret. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets and shutters. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and the third bedroom is located directly next door to the family shower room, off a small hallway that is separated from the main living area via a traditional Spanish beaded curtain. For summer lets bed-linen and a light throw are provided. Duvets are also available. Baby cot is available upon request.

Whilst the villa is suitable for elderly people please note that here are eight steps up to the villa when accessed by the front door (at rear of building) as well as steps to/from the terrace area as shown in the photograph. Welcome grocery pack & condiments are provided.
