Wonderfully decorated 2 story home with the main living area and master suite on the first floor, this lovely home will bring you back year after year! The first floor of the home hosts the living room, dining room, kitchen with eat-in breakfast room and access to the spacious pool deck.

Just off the living room is the master bedroom with en-suite bath and to the right of the front entry is a bedroom with king bedding and en-suite bath. On the 2nd floor are 2 more bedrooms each with en-suite baths as well as a tv viewing area. This lovely home is just steps to the beach and a short bike ride to the South Beach Marina Village.
