The manager of this property lives 5 minutes drive away. He is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The manager also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. There is also a maintenance contract with a local company who are on call out in case of any unforeseen matters. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area. We would also like to mention that the villa is in a very quiet area therefore there is no building work going on near or around this property. Due to popular demand of this villa we also have various other villas.

SWIMMING POOL: Our stylish new heated pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features are the roman styled steps that lead into the pool. The shallow end is approx 1 metre deep and the deep end is 1.4 metres deep. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool heating and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required. There is a safety ring nearby. The owner does all the update and cleaning of the pool. If you intend to use a pool whilst on holiday in Tenerife we strongly recommend that you choose a villa with a heated pool. Although the all year climate in Tenerife is probably one of the best in the world apart from the main winter months the temperature will drop in the evening, this will mean that the temperature in the pool will also drop. This is when you need the heater to top up the heat of the pool.

HEALTH AND SAFETY: What most villa renters seem to forget is the very important matter of safety. Included in our villa is a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher (instructions written in English), stickers on plain glass patio doors, plastic cups and plates etc for outdoor use, and a safety ring for swimming pool. Our villa has been checked by electrician for any electrical defects. The villa is often sprayed throughout with an anti insecticide.

Golf: From this villa 3 major golf courses can be reached easily by car. 1) Abama Golf complex distance 3km. : 2) Golf Costa Adeje distance 6km. 3) Golf Las Americas distance 10km. We can arrange on your behalf a private taxi service that will take you and pick you up when finished to the course of your choice. For further information please contact us.

We are very proud to say that the remarks are very positive concerning our property and the surrounding area. Many of our guests do rebook and return to our villa. There is also a comprehensive book of notes situated in the lounge that is packed with information concerning the villa, the surrounding area and indeed Tenerife itself. This book also contains emergency phone numbers. We also have a full comprehensive information pack concerning all the excursion trips, theme parks, etc that this beautiful island has to offer. You can even book your trips through us and we will offer you our discount. Further still we offer free advise and deliver your tickets to the villa at no extra cost.
