• Refundable security deposit of £250 required. 30% required to secure booking. Blance payable six weeks prior to arrival. Towel and linen hire available at £8.00 per person, per stay. Practical Information

Children are very welcome, although we would point out the garden is not completely fenced and we have elevated terraces. Pets considered.

Long Term Renters Welcome

We offer the house for long term rent from the end of September 2007 through until the end of April 2008. The pool is not available off season. Price £680.00 per month, with fuel replacement and electricity payments at the end of the rental period. Refundable security deposit will be required. Please note, the garage would be available, but the wood store would not. House fully furnished. Central heating and a wood burning stove in the lounge will ensure your stay a comfortable one. An ideal centrally located house for property hunting. Primary schools at Tremolat 6km and Ste Alvere 4km. Secondary Schools at Lalinde and Le Bugue.
