The large terrace overlooks the garden and the pool and has distant views towards Mount Montgo (the 'elephant' mountain). The apartment has a large lounge/dining area with separate kitchen and is fully equipped apart from the supply of beach towels. It comprises 1 double en suite bedroom and either 1 twin bedroom or 1 bedroom with bunk beds together with a family bathroom. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Javea is rated by the World Health Organisation as having one of the best climates in the world. The Town sits at the foot of Mount Montgo National Park. The Town is divided into 3 distinct areas. The Old Town (Pueblo), with its fortified church and narrow streets; The Port which is home to a large fishing fleet and hundreds of yachts and motor launches; The Arenal with its Blue Flag sandy beach which is lined with shops, restaurants and cafe bars There are also supermarkets and banks in this area. Javea is about 1.5 hours from Alicante and Valencia Airports and the route from both is largely by motorway.

Great Vacation Get-Away

I recently spent a long weekend with my two teenagers at this property. The apartment was perfect for the three of us. It had SkyTV, well appointed kitchen and was easy walking access to the town for shopping and dining. The property was clean and well maintained. The apartment grounds are beatifully groomed. The fall season is a quiet time for Javier; the go kart place was not open and the weather was just a shade too cool for swimming. However the town itself is quiet and friendlly -- which was just fine with us! I spent much time on the balcony reading and enjoying the view. It was a wonderfully relaxing weekend.

Excellent apartment near to beach.

Stayed here June 2008. Absolutely loved the place. Clean, modern, home from home furnished to make life easy. Linen and towels changed. Friendly people on site. Walking distance to great beach and shops and bars. Food good in resort. Port pretty to spend evening in.

BBQ was a lovely extra especially if you dont want to eat out everynight. We saved a fortune.

Restaurant on site is apparantly very good although we never tried and wish we had now. Not as expensive as it appears apparantly.

Will be returning one day because we found Javea relaxing, safe and a great place.

We had hired a car because we like to travel around but you do not need one if you just want to stay in Javea because you can actually walk to the beach.

We recommend this apartment to anyone, we could not fault it.

The only downside we found was that the children were not allowed to use balls or lilos in the pool, even when it was empty. But we spent most of the time at beach so not a major thing for us. Thought it was worth mentioning if you have pool loving children rather than the beach.

Enjoy it was excellent.
