Lodeve enables you the opportunity to escape and savour the rural life in France . The completion of the motor way provides Lodeve as an excellent touring base for Spain Italy and other European cities which can be reached in a few hours.

Notes to the rental rates

• A booking deposit of (£100.00 ) pounds is required within 15 days of booking the villa. This is a non returnable deposit. A booking contract will be sent out to you to confirm your holiday dates at the villa once the deposit has cleared with the bank .
  There is a ( £200) security /refundable breakage deposit required. Which is returned to to you after the inventory check has been completed .
  The final payment balance and the security deposit for damage need to be payed 8 weeks before your arrival
  All payments for the villa must be made by bank transfer Sterling pounds (British ) or Euro equivalent .Unless a differnt arrangement is made with the owner and the renter
  
• As stated the initial £100.00 deposit is non returnable however if you have to cancel after paying the final payment for the villa: The cancellation refunds are based on individuals who rent the villa for a period of 1 week upwards .
  
  A cancellation : 29 to 56 days before arrival date you will receive 50% of the rental refund
  8 to 28 days before arrival date you will receive 20% of the rental refund
  0 to 7 days before arrival there will be No rental refund
  
• The villa has different fees for only 2 people sharing and cover the following rates :
  September 2008 to October 2008 - £399 per week - 3 Nights minimum stay at £57 per night
  November 2008 to March 2009 . - £350 per week - 3 Nights minimum stay at £50 per night .
  April 2009 to May 2009 . - £450 per week - 3 Nights minimum stay at £64 per night .
  June 2009. - £600 per week - 1 Week minimum stay .
  July 2009 to August 2009 . - £650 per week - 1 week minimum stay .
  Setember to October 2009 . - £450 per week - 3 night minimum stay at £64 per night .
  November 2009 to March 2010 - £399 per week - 3 night minimum stay at £57 per night.

Kitchen - A spacious well equipped kitchen in which to prepare meals with an electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Living room - A large spacious open plan living room area with dining table and chairs to seat 8 people. 1 sofa bed (1 of which converts into a double bed) 1 arm chair, 1 television, DVD and music centre, Log fire (logs can be arranged for guests during the winter months) there is a charge for the logs. Bathroom - Large bathroom with separate shower facilities and a bath. Separate W.C next to the main bathroom. The interior of the villa is decorated , and furnished to a high standard and is maintained in good order throughout.

Lac Salagou ( Ten minutes from Lodeve ) provides a range of activities from swimming sailing fishing kayaking and pedalos .There are numerous walking routes within the vicinity and surrounding areas Just outside lodeve is the priory of St Michel- de Grandmount which was founded in the 12C and is one of the remaining examples of the 150 Grandmount monasteries The cirque de labeil 12km from lodeve is a natural amphitheatre The region offers ancient buildings and monuments that was once the property of the knights templar and areas which were part of the compestella trail .The region is steeped in history and well worth visiting as many sights that you can.

The Languedoc-Roussillon is a beautiful region with a perfect climate for a variety of activities and lots of places to visit . The beautiful city of Montpellier is friendly and picturesque. The historic centre is a pleasant place to linger for lunch and drinks The city is lively with theatres ,cinemas and operas (Montpellier is 55 minutes from Lodeve and is also easily reachable by local bus ) Nimes is (1hr 20minutes from Lodeve ) and is renowned for its well preserved Roman buildings Avignon /Carcassone is (1hr and 40minutes from Lodeve ) and are renowned for their medieval architecture Narbonne is (1hour from Lodeve) and is renowned for its military and religious architecture ,there is a market there on a Friday Grotto De Glamousse and Saint- Guilhem-le Desert is ( 30 minutes from Lodeve )with spectacular scenery and views and well worth a visit to see the 10 a century monastery.
