The great location on a quiet side street in an old 'Borgo' just in front of the Vatican City and in the same time within an easy walking distance from all there is to see and experience in this amazing City including shopping and good restaurants makes an important part of your unforgettable holiday in Rome. The apartment consists of an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and one bathroom to easily accommodate four people. The property has been totally renovated, is in excellent condition and provides all amenities including air-conditioning to make guests stay as comfortable as possible.

Great Location

This apartment was great. It was clean and well equipped. It is located literally two blocks from Vatican City and only a few minutes walk to the Metro from which you can reach most of Rome in a short time. The owner met us at the agreed time and provided lots of information about the surrounding area including a map and recommendations for places to eat. There were several coffee bars literally adjacent to the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor (2nd floor for thos in North America) but only difficult for those with very limited mobility.

I would recommend this property and will stay again if in Rome and if it's available.
Owner's Response: It was an enormous pleasure for us to have these two nice couples staying in our apartment. Everything went so smoothly and they left the apartment in excellent condition after their visit. They would be most welcome to stay in the apartment again.

Excellent apartment in a great location in Rome.

The owners were most friendly couple. This apartment was spotlessly clean and everything worked. Great service provided by the owners. Loads of towels and linen were available. A stock of non perishable food was in the press and more cleaning materials than ons can imagine. Plenty TV stations on satelite cable. It is 100 metres from St. Peters square. Plenty good restaurants in nearby streets and one could walk to St. Peters for a taxi. I would recomment this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

Delightful flat, well-located, clean & quiet

We were delighted with the quality of the flat, beautifully clean and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable and night-times were very quiet, so our two young children got the best sleep of our stay in Italy. Air conditioning was brilliant as August temperatures hit high 30's in the city. Paula and Bruno were very helpful and kindly organised our taxi to the airport.
Location was excellent, close enough to historic centre to walk to or get the bus. Also close to excellent shopping in Via Rienza da Cola. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Modern and clean 2 bedroomed apartment in Rome

We found this apartment exactly as was described on the web site. It was spotlessly clean and our family of four found it adequate size and everything was provided to make our week there very comfortable
The owners were lovely people and provided us with good information of the local area and were at the end of the phone if we had any queries. They organised our taxi for our return journey to the airport.
A bus stop was 5 minutes walk away and we used this to explore different areas some evenings, especially to find interesting and more authentic places to eat.
Most attractions could be reached by foot and this was definately the way to explore. There are coffee bars and restaurants close to the apartment if you didn't want to venture too far in the evening but we enjoyed our walks out to experience the restaurants, street entertainers etc.
I would definately recommend this apartment.

Apartment is an ideal location making touring all parts of Rome very easy. Shops and restaurants just around the corner.Met by Sylvia and husband who gave very good advice on usage of appliances within the property.All in all a very good holiday was had in a very nice and well situated apartment. Would thoroughly recommend this property.
Owner's Response: Anthony & Co. were very nice and clean guests. They would be very welcome again.
