One Bedroom Villa that sleeps 4, open all year for self-catering holidays. Situated within a mature family resort in the town of Los Gigantes on the South West coast of Tenerife. Newly refurbished to a high standard. With magnificence views overlooking the bay and the black volcanic hills as a wonderful back drop. The resort has two heated swimming pools, bar/restaurant, small supermarket, pool tables and 24 hour security. Ideal for family holidays and great for if you just want to chill out and relax.

Villa situated at the top of the fishing town of Los Gigantes, within walking distance of various shops and bars/restaurants, all serving a wide range of local and international cuisine. Theme parks to see whales and birds, day trips up Mount Teide, boat trips to see the magnificent dolphins which also take you to near by inlets where you can swim and enjoy lunch, other various excursions are available upon request at reception. Or if you prefer just sit on either of the villa's two patios and enjoy the peace and quiet to soak up the sun, this is also the place to come.

hi,the apartment is set in a very nice complex with a good size swimming pool,overall it is very well maintained,most of the occupants were owners but found them very friendly,i would say the average age is 50+(which we were in) the staff were also friendly and helpful,las rosas's is very well situated, the aparment itself was very clean and spacious and well equiped.we ordered a welcome pack which was good value for money,there was no tv or radio,that was the only negative thing,los gigantes itself is a fantastic place,especially the resteraunts,although its quite hilly i wouldn't let it put you off, there are plenty of taxis and they are quite cheap,there is also a small shop on site which seemed to be well stocked,ther is also a large supermercado close by in walking distance,regards mick'n' carole

visited in mid october (2007) and weather was still nice and warm, accomadation was fairly basic (but i believe now updated) was still ok for what we required (breakfast and lunch) patio area was nice size with great views across mountains and down into the local town. Only went for a week (to get away from 3 year old!! although children well catered for) found this was enough as eating out fairly limited and walk down to harbour quite steep (a few bars and restaurants on the way) plenty of taxi's if required, if you like walking there is plenty of exploring to do, night life was pretty mixed with lively bars down towards the harbour and couple of miles in the opposite direction, beaches nice with 3 within walking distance, I would go back and is an ideal get-a-way to just relax in the sun, have recommended for 55 + but would probably need a car
