TRAVEL:
You can fly directly to Skiathos or via Athens and Thessalonica by domestic flights, coach, ferry or hydrofoil. Skiathos airport is 8 minutes drive from 'ChillHillVilla' with direct flights available from early May to Mid October. Car hire (or use of a car) is essential - access to 'ChillHillVilla' by Jeep or other 4x4 is recommended to fully access and enjoy the island. We can arrange/recommend a reliable transport provider as required. Skiathos town is an 8 minute drive away and you can get to anywhere on the island within 30 minutes from 'ChilHillVilla' - if you can bear to leave itt !!
Accommodation & Additional Details:
'ChillHillVilla' benefits from natural summer mountain breezes which gently cool and air the whole property (with suitably opened stable door/windows) which means that the air conditioning is only occasionally required during the hottest weather. Air humidity is seldom, if at all, uncomfortable and only during the most extreme temperatures in high season. The swimming pool / spa (100+ sq.m.) is more than large enough to accommodate all guests. Non-swimmers and children will need adult supervision. Air conditioning to all rooms, central heating, log burning fireplace. Ample power points and adjustable lighting/dimmer switches throughout.
The development is surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees, other plants, flowers and flowering shrubs. Private parking is provided. Transport/car essential. Not suitable for wheelchair users.
