Top class property on the prestigious Santa Maria golf course, Elviria,with superb views of the med and Santa Maria golf course, and on a clear day, Gibraltar. The property sleeps six, with all mod cons included, dishwasher, air con, sky TV, washing machine etc. With a total of 3 swimming pools on site, our apartment is within 20 metres of the large free form pool with children's section. The beautiful port of Cabopino only 10 mins drive away, with its abundance of restaurants and a superb beach, not forgetting the town of Elviria, again with plenty of top class restaurants and bars, including the famous Don Carlos hotel. Marbella is within a ten to fifteen minute drive away, with its swish Puerto Banus, boasting yachts of all sizes, with plenty of celebrities.

Los Lagos de Santa Maria golf is in Elviria, Marbella, Costa Del Sol and is ideally situated being only 20 minutes from Malaga airport, 10 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus and 5 minutes from the Blue Flag beach of Cabopino. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 5 minutes away. The apartment is positioned overlooking the famous Santa Maria golf course and a short distance from the many golf courses in the area. Ronda and Gibraltar are easily accessible by car or local transport. Day trips to the African continent are bookable locally. Top class shopping centres such as La Canada and Mira Mar are also in the area for shopping requirements.

Secured private car parking facility is located in basement of apartment block. Balconies to front and rear of apartment which is situated on the first floor of a three storey block. The property is situated in a beautiful complex containing approx 300 apartments and overlooking one of the most prestigious golf courses on the Costa del Sol.

Security: Los Lagos benefits from high security with only one private access road and night time security guards patrolling the complex

Golf: If it's golf you want, you are in the right place, the Santa Maria course designed by Antonio Garcia Garrido is on site the buggy and club hire available. The Marbella, Santa Clara and Rio real courses are only five minutes away. The Santa Maria clubhouse can be used and has a bar and restaurant together with snooker room, bowling green and tennis courts.

Apartment is well equiped and very clean.It overlooks a golf course and is very tranquil.You do however need to hire a car as it is surrounded by a few steep hills.Had a fantastic week(our 2nd time here) and will go again.Apartment is ideally placed for Marbella,Mijas(a must to visit this pretty mountain village(Gibraltar and Fuengirola.Something for everyone.

We have stayed at the apartment and confirm experiencing a thoroughly enjoyable holiday . The location of the apartment was exactly as was advertised being only 20 minutes from Malaga airport and 10 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus. Friends of ours were able to play as much golf as they wanted as the local courses are very close by. There is also excellant shopping in the nearby La Canada centre. What was also impressive was the standard of the apartment in terms of its decor and cleanliness and the impressive views from the balcony. The owners obviously go to great lengths to ensure standards are kept. A wide choice of restaurants and bars are only a 15 minute walk away in the Elviria Centre and the trendy Nikki Beach complex is also easily accessible. I would thorougly recommend vehicle hire as this allows the opportunity to discover the local area, for example on the one day we had cloud we took the opportunity to travel along the coast to Gibralter to enjoy the shopping although the duty free restrictions didnt allow us much to bring home. Apart from the well known locations we also visited the Marbella Gun Club in the mountains from which there are spectacular views. Without trying to sound cliched I thoroughly recommend the apartment and have already made enquiries as to our next visit
