Facilities such as waterparks, Zoomarine, golf courses, horse riding, sailing and scuba diving are all within easy reach. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance of the villa; the nearest 500m away is within a hotel spa resort with restaurant, bar and spa facilities open to non residents. Other activities available are mountain biking and guided walks. The Moorish town of Silves with its dominating castle, market and acres of orange groves is a short drive away. Retail parks and extensive shopping facilities can be found in Portimao just 15 minutes away and at Algarve Shopping near Albufeira which is less than 30 minutes drive away.

Notes to the rental rates

  • These are weekly rental prices for the villa for any number of persons up to 6. A cot and a highchair are available on request at no extra charge. Please note the pool area is not fenced off and young children will require close supervision. The rental price includes; maid service, electricity/gas/water, washing machine, private swimming pool and all linen except for beach/pool towels. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. A deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required at time of booking. The balance of your payment will be due six weeks prior to your holiday. Occupation of the villa is from 14.00hrs on arrival day to 10.00hrs on departure day.
