2 Bedroom villa built in typical Algarvean style in secluded position amongst pines, vines and cork trees in half an acre of land. Magnificent views from the roof terrace of surrounding countryside with Monchique mountains in the distance. Private gardens and patio with heated 10 x 5 m pool. Outside dining area and BBQ. Accommodation comprises one double and one twin bedroom, one bathroom plus outside shower room/wc. Double sofa bed in lounge if required. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and hob, fridge, small dishwasher. Spacious lounge/dining area with wood burning stove, satellite TV, DVD player and music centre. . Close to several beaches, golf courses, horse riding, cycling, sailing, diving and water parks. Walking distance from Hotel with spa/massage facilities, bar and restaurant open to non residents.10 minutes drive from pretty fishing town of Carvoeiro, supermarkets and restaurants. Ideal for romantic holiday or families. Only 40 minutes drive from Faro airport.

The villa is situated approximately 6 km from the fishing village of Carvoeiro with its bars, restaurants and other nightlife. The closest beach is 3 km away and there are several other beaches within 15 minutes drive. There is a large supermarket 10 minutes drive away. Facilities such as waterparks, Zoomarine, golf courses, horse riding, sailing and scuba diving are all within easy reach. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance of the villa; the nearest 500m away is within a hotel spa resort with restaurant, bar and spa facilities open to non residents. Other activities available are mountain biking and guided walks. The Moorish town of Silves with its dominating castle, market and acres of orange groves is a short drive away. Retail parks and extensive shopping facilities can be found in Portimao just 15 minutes away and at Algarve Shopping near Albufeira which is less than 30 minutes drive away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • These are weekly rental prices for the villa for any number of persons up to 6. A cot and a highchair are available on request at no extra charge. Please note the pool area is not fenced off and young children will require close supervision. The rental price includes; maid service, electricity/gas/water, washing machine, private swimming pool and all linen except for beach/pool towels. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. A deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required at time of booking. The balance of your payment will be due six weeks prior to your holiday. Occupation of the villa is from 14.00hrs on arrival day to 10.00hrs on departure day.
  • Payment in Euros is accepted, please contact owner for conversion.

Quiet relaxing holiday

This was our third time in Portugal and this was by far the best villa we have stayed in.The villa was comfortable,clean,well equipped and spacious for the four of us,which included two teenagers. The location was stunning, so quiet and relaxing you almost forget what day it was!!!, although a car is essential.
The pool area was lovely plenty of room to sunbathe with a shaded area to cool off when it gets too hot. The pool itself was amazing really warm, with the sun on it all day. Beautiful garden with lemon tree and a roof terrace with more room to sunbathe and admire the stunning views.
We highly reccommend this villa to anyone and hopefully we will return soon.
