Wonderful Provencal villa, exceptional view, 550 m altitude, close to the Cote d’Azur, Cannes, Grasse, Cabris. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 9 adults. Prices: From 2000 to 2700 € / week for the owner. Self catering villa of 200 m² on 3000 m², close to the sea, on a hill. Huge private pool, gardens, terraces, stunning views of the sea, the lake, the mountain and the old perched village of Cabris. Very access to the house and many parking places on flat grounds. Located on a pretty hill, between the historic villages of Cabris et Spéracedes, above Peymeinade. The terraced park is well decorated with flowered plants, bushes and trees native from Provence. A huge lawn in front of the ground floor of the house, another one on another level on the west side with a large terrace with a table for 8 to 10 persons. Close to all shops, restaurants, tennis, 10 golf courses.

Easy access to the property, electrical gate, entry phone, large and flat alley edged with rose-bay, cypresses, and native plants with flowers. Possibilities of parking for a lot of cars, up to the entry of the house. Villa on a hill. The 2 floors communicate with interiors and exterior stairs. The south and west terrace have a wonderful view. On the top level you will find an entry hall opening on the dining room. Convent table for 8 people, living room of 60 m² with 2 sofa bed and 2 armchairs facing a beautiful open fire, television, hi-fi. Very pretty kitchen, well equipped with 4 hobs, classical electric oven, huge refrigerator/freezer/ice, microwave, mixer, toaster. 2 terraces, exterior dining room with tables for 10 persons, another one on the south, in front of the covered kitchen and the last one on the west, with a lawn with trees.
