Notes to the rental rates

• On arrival you will be greeted by our friendly representitives. The rental apartment includes safe parking, towels and linen changed 1 weekly by the resident housekeeper, air conditioning or gas heating is on hand should you require.
  
• 20% deposit is required to secure a booking. Balance being due 8 weeks before arrival date. A damage deposit of 200 euro is also required which is refundable 7 days after departure, deposit will not be used on items such as crockery or small breakages..electricity, airconditioning is included in rated although very high usage can result in extra charge. we will be flexible to ensure arrival and departure dates run smoothly and try to accommodate mid week or weekend holidays where necessary.

The PINTA course is one of the best designed courses in europe, hosting 5 consecutive times the seniors tour. It has earned a deserved reputation for outstanding level of maintenance and its design makes it a challenge to golfers of all standards. The rolling terrain is dotted with almond and olive trees some which are 600 years old, one very special tree dates back 1200 years. The dogleg trajectory for all par 4/5 holes emphasizes the need for skillful driving, the course is 6115 metres and is a par 71.Adjacent GRAMACHO golf course uniquely designed 18 hole course with 27 varied greens that enable golfers to play the same course several times with different challenges. A Nick Price style course has wonderful characteristics such as lakes and bunkers, these hazards combined with the design of the greens and fairways result in a challenging but attractive course, this course is 6107 metres and is a par 72.The newest of the 3 courses is SILVES 6 km from Vale Da Pinta another magnificent setting, most of the holes offer a spectacular mountain and valley view, overlooking palm trees and olive groves. Silves a serene spot, but no walk in the park.
