Private detached villa set on an 850m2 plot, not overlooked, central position in Quesada. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite shower rooms), spacious living room with 42 inch plasma TV, DVD and satellite system. There is a separate dining room with seating for eight with traditional Spanish bread oven area and sun lounge area with seating for another 5 people. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, American style fridge freezer that has both ice and chilled water dispensers, which is an absolute must have in July and August. Positioned in the garden area is a substantial fully covered outside kitchen area with gas BBQ, 2 full size fridge freezers and a sink / prep area. This is complimented by traditional Spanish stone seating area and covered sun canopy. The villa is fitted with air conditioning, ceiling fans and free standing fans for your comfort and enjoyment. The satellite system has a 33 channel range of English and Sky programs.

The villa is situated in the older, more traditional area of Quesada surrounded by similar detached neighbouring properties. Quesada village centre being a 10 minute walk away with its lively family based community of international restaurants and bars, including the famous 'old Don Carlos'. Quesada has its own golf course 'La Marquesa' and is 5 minutes drive from the internationally acclaimed 'la Finca' golf course and 15 mins from the Villa Martin complex including La Rambla and Campomoar golf courses. It has its own water park, which includes water shoots, slides, children's pools, restaurants and bars. Crazy golf complex, gymnasium, and pre bookable tennis courts. We are 5 minutes away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar, which is about 10 kilometres by car.
