Formerly the summer resort of Napoleon III and Empress Eugenia in the middle of the 1800's, Biarritz is now one of the most recognized French balneal cities. Notes to the rental rates

These rates are given for a week, from Saturday afternoon to next Saturday. On July and August, the minimal stay is two weeks long. A 50 % deposit has to be made upon booking. The balance must be paid six weeks before the beginning of the rental period. A 2500 € refundable security deposit is required. It will be refunded after satisfying inventory on departure. In case of cancellation of the booking, less than six weeks from the stay, a 50% fee (equal to half the total amount of the rental), will be retained.

From October to december the 14th and from January to March, it is possible to rent by month. The rate will be 1500 €.
