The 'Morgan-Marlin' guest cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home that was originally built sometime in the late 1800's and is located in the historic fishing village of Cortez, on the Gulf coast of Florida. 1 minute to Anna Maria Island. Purchased for young cousins, Morgan & Marlin this cottage went through a year-long restoration, yet has all of the amenities for today's vacationer. This adorable cottage offers an open floor plan, hardwood floors and bead board walls that hold all the secrets, joys & tears of a struggling fishing family through the Great Depression.
