Luxury villa with large heated pool
Villa Marco is situated in a quiet residential area close to the cliffs, overlooking the harbour in the old town of Puerto del Carmen. Accommodation comprises of 2 doubles and 1 twin bedroom. The master suite is completely separate from the other bedrooms and has its own mirrored dressing area & wardrobes with en-suite bathroom & 2 wash basins. This bedroom overlooks the 9m x 5m pool which is heated, giving ample opportunity for a proper swim. An open lounge also overlooking the pool area has a dining table that seats 8 people comfortably and has satellite TV, video, radio, hair dryer ,cassette player and a DVD player. The outside area has plenty of space for sunbathing as well as shaded areas for al fresco dining. Casa Marco is fully alarmed and has a safe. We provide a cot and high chair, if required, at no extra charge. The swimming pool is 9 metres x 5 metres and heated by solar energy and also by a heat exchange pump in the winter months.
Location
The villa is a 15 minute drive from the airport. The main beach is a 5 minute drive away. A 10 minute drive brings you to the marina, which is buzzing with great restaurants, fashion shops and bars at night - the place to see and be seen. Just a short walk from the villa is a commercial centre with a supermarket, an English butchers, a hairdresser and several bars and restaurants. Within 10 minutes walk down to the old fishing harbour you will find some excellent seafood restaurants and bars with lots of atmosphere.
