Several bars are within walking distance, with more restaurants & other amenities a short distance away. There are 3 great golf courses nearby or for the more adventurous there are many other outdoor activities including water sports & several fabulous theme parks - Terra Mitica, Sea world & Aqualandia a short drive away.

Notes to the rental rates

• 40% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required for all bookings. These rates include electricity and cleaning after the rental, but do not include a linen change & cleaning service during the stay, this can be arranged for a small additional cost. Car hire is recommended. Pets & animals excluded.
  
• Group bookings can be arranged with 2 villas (2 & 3 bedroom villas) available for let in the same lovely & small villa complex (discount available), please see property ID 14924.
  
• Discounts may be possible for lets of 3 weeks or more except in July and August. Daily lets (min 3 nights) are available by arrangement.

This exceedingly lovely villa has air-conditioning, 2-bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin), 1 bathroom and 1 guest toilet. The villa also has a balcony & private garden terraces (complete with your own lemon tree, patio furniture and sun-loungers provided for your total relaxation!!), private barbecue (perfect for those hot summer evenings!!). The villa has a large living area and is equipped, furnished & maintained to a high standard to ensure a very comfortable stay. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling & free-standing fans, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, dining area (that comfortably seats 6), a good selection of DVDs, Cd's, books, toddler toys & board games. The villa also has central heating, a wood burner & room heaters (available in the winter), whilst the lovely communal gardens & pool of this peaceful & small villa complex, are also available for your enjoyment.

Exploring the gems of this wonderful region:

Take a leisurely drive inland through the orange, almond & olive groves to the Jalon Valley and stop for lunch at one of the many traditional Spanish villages, or visit the nearby mountains with peaks over 2000ft and cave systems that extend deep underground. A short drive from the villa you will also find the the traditional country towns of Orba, Oliva and Pego with their weekly markets where you can find local handcrafts, delicacies and clothes. For families looking for activities beyond the beaches and the pool, the Vergel safari park is about a 5 minute drive away, whilst the ever popular Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park, or Mundomar sea life centre are all within approximately 40 minutes drive from the villa. Benidorm is less than 40 mins away with its extensive shopping, bars and night-life.

We really enjoyed our time at the Villa and it was great to have a pool at the end of the garden and a beautiful beach so close by which was virtually deserted every time we went there. We met a neighbour who was very friendly and recommended a couple of places of interest so we had a lovely drive through the mountains to the caves. Regards Chris D, UK (June 2007).
