The complex of Sao Jose V is made up of 60 self-catering well maintained apartments ideal for a holiday, short break or everyday living located in the residential area of Montechoro, Albufeira which is a lively holiday resort all year round. Sit back, relax and enjoy the Algarve sunshine on the large communal patio area overlooking the garden, perhaps take a dip in the large swimming pool and watch the children play and splash in the separate shallow pool. There are useful facilities at the complex which include lifts, car parking, T.V intercom systems in each apartment, pool shower and an on-site brand new snack bar is yet to open in season for 2008. Sao Jose V Is situated in a position which is nearby natural countryside and the popular Strip, shops, bars and beaches are within walking distance. The perfect venue for an all round enjoyable holiday.

This lovely, comfortable and very spacious apartment is situated in the new complex of São José 5. It has a spacious well-equipped eat-in kitchen and is fully air conditioned throughout. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and small private balcony. A much larger balcony off the living room is perfect for al-fresco dining and enjoying magnificent countryside and distant sea views. The complex has excellent security: the perimeter is fully enclosed with gated entry only accessible by key or remote. The apartment blocks also have locked security doors and the apartments have security shutters.

The apartment is situated in Montechoro, a residential area of Albufeira, favoured for its proximity to The Strip, nightclubs, bars, restaurants and shops. Public transport, such as the Giro circular bus and 'tourist train' do regular trips to the beach and Old Town every 20 - 30 minutes. Buses to theme parks also pass nearby. Superb sandy beaches in the area include Praia d'Oura less than one kilometre away, Santa Eulalia, and a little further away, Fisherman's Beach in the Old Town. Airport transfers can be arranged at a total one-way price of £22/€31 for 1 - 4 guests and £35/€49 for 5 - 8 guests. Cheap flights from England, Scotland and Ireland.
