Walk just half a mile to the private beach park from this unscaled pool home in the heart of Park Shore - one of Naples most affluent neighbourhoods. Excellent shopping and dining is also within easy walking distance The home itself is truly stunning. The all new furnishings and linens are of the highest quality - Tommy Bahama, Ralph Lauren etc. The ambiance is opulent, yet beachy and tropical, with natural woods and cane creating a cool, relaxing ambiance. Our home is proud to feature the photographic work of Clyde Butcher and Cliff Thompson, local artists with an international reputation. The home design is open plan and rooms flow effortlessly into each other. A particular feature is the large sliding doors running the whole length of the living area, bringing the outside in. And the pool and lanai are a particular delight, the tropical yard large and private. There are very few homes available in Naples with a stunning location like this in a neighbourhood such as Park Shore.

The formal dining area is both elegant and relaxing. The master suite, with its own bathroom and dressing area, continues the tropical theme. The queen bedroom, with blue and white striped Ralph Lauren bedlinen, has a sense of the ocean, just half a mile away. With its seashell motif, the twin bedroom continues the seaside theme and these two bedrooms share the second bathroom in the west wing. The lanai furniture is high end and practical, allowing you to enjoy the Florida sunshine in comfort and privacy. Our yard is simply enormous and very unusual in an area like Park Shore - it is full of luxuriant vegetation such as exotic palms and banana trees. You will know you are in a tropical paradise! |
