Welcome to our Holiday Home in the sun! This is a perfect vacation property for the family. Situated in the very quiet community of Gulfport, St Peters burg. 2min walk down the street to the local beach and within a 10min drive to Treasure Island and the Gulf of Mexico. Approx 30min drive to Tampa international Airport. Also 45mins to Busch Gardens. (1hr 45min to Disney). There is a master bedroom with en-suite, also a further 2 bedrooms, (TV in all) and a guest bathroom. The property has central air conditioning. The lounge/kitchen/dining are open plan with a vaulted ceiling. There is a balcony off the lounge overlooking the electrically heated swimming pool. There's also a balcony off the master bedroom. Downstairs there is a games room with an 8x4 Pool table, Television & fridge. Also pool room with a Loo. The main living area of the house is situated on the first floor. Internal Elevator for disabled access. Television / DVD along with phones (free local calls) Wireless Int. Acce

Had an absolutely fabulous week at Gulfport, House and facilities were second to none.

Surrounding areas easily accessible from the property by car.

Enjoyed sunbathing by the pool, lazy evenings on the veranda and cocktails by the jacuzzi ;)

Lovely local cuisine with friendly staff, Especially Peggs.

Memorable Holiday.

We just loved that place! Great location, very quiet streets, property was very clean and well kept. Walgreens 5min walk, Publix store 5min drive. Good food and fast food short walk away. Very good place for family with small children. Certainly will recomment to my frends!

Lovely shops,bars and restaurants in Gulport only 200 yards away.Very friendly people.Easy access to St Petersburg and Treasure island and lots of other places of interest. Derby Lane is a great night out.If you like bird watching you wont be disappointed.

What an amazing place!! A fantastic villa after a week in Orlando. The facilities were great with the most amazing kitchen. The kids loved it especially the pool. I would recommend it to anyone.
