Welcome to our Holiday Home in the sun! This is a perfect vacation property for the family. Situated in the very quiet community of Gulfport, St Petersburg. 2min walk to the local beach but within a 10min drive to Treasure Island and the Gulf of Mexico. It is approx 30min drive from Tampa international Airport. Also 45minsfrom Busch Gardens. (1hr 45min to Disney). There is a master bedroom with en-suite, also a further 2 bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The property has central air conditioning. The lounge/kitchen/dining has a very airy feel incorporating a vaulted ceiling. There is a balcony off the lounge overlooking the electrically heated swimming pool. There's also a balcony off the master bedroom. Downstairs there is a games room with an 8x4 Pool table. The main living area of the house is situated on the first floor. For any disabled persons there is an internal Elevator. Television and DVD along with phones (free local calls) are in the lounge and master bedroom.
