In Saint Germain des Prés, the studio is ideally located, exactly in the centre of Paris, walking distance to nearly all major places. It is more precisely located in rue de Seine one of the most famous street in Saint Germain des Prés well known for its Art Galleries. You can enjoy along rue de Seine either a café or a great restaurant or a small park or all the art galleries… Even more precisely it is located in the building where George Sand, a famous French writer (1804-1876) lived as well as Raymond Duncan, brother of Isadora Duncan, where he created the Académie (1929-1966). A broad paved yard, full of history, leads to the studio. The studio is on the ground floor and opens behind on a terrace which overhangs a small garden. The terrace is wide enough to rest or have lunch. The studio is very calm and very charming. We have preserved its old visible beams at the ceiling and it has been entirely renovated in May 2008.

Quiet, good bed, good location

The best features of this tiny studio are it's quiet inner courtyard location and good bed, both of which contribute to a good night's sleep. Wonderful location for seeing all that Paris has to offer, by foot or metro. If the weather is good, the terrace is fine for continential breakfast or a quick lunch. There is no place to eat inside, and no place or much equipment to prepare food. The owners have chosen to put a single bed in addition to the queen bed in this small space instead of a table for eating and a couple of chairs in which to read a book. No place to hang out here. It's not set up for an American-sized male: the shower and the toilet are very tight spaces. There is a washing machine but not a dryer. The price, however, is reasonable.

Ground floor studio with small inner court terrace. Reasonable price.

Has double bed and addl small bed. Fine for single, a bit crowded for 2. Nice views from terrace. Small shower and bath, kitchen also small.

VERY nice location! Convenient to metro, museums, shopping, galleries, RER. It is to the back so very quite. No stairs so great if you have a lot of luggage or trouble with stairs.

You walk just 2 blocks to the Champion SuperMarche' and street market.

Owner is very nice and helpful. My stay was really super!
