Amazing, luxury apartment with panoramic view to the Mediterranean Sea and the beach only 20 meters away. Large open kitchen / living room with access to the big balcony, fitted with table, chairs and parasol. The kitchen is fully fitted with Siemens white goods, dinner area with expandable table sitting 8 persons. Couch area in the living room is furnished with exclusive leather sofas and Siemens flat screen TV, which have the same high standard as the rest of the apartment, to meet Northern Europe standards. The 3 bedrooms are all furnished to a very high standard with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The master bedroom has its own balcony and bathroom. All linen and towels are supplied. The owners have spent a lot of time and money to ensure this apartment is of a luxury quality. In the apartment there is also free wireless internet access. On the apartment resort you will find the largest swimming pool in the area, children's pool, tennis court and sauna.

Mahmutlar is located 15 km from Alanya and the tourists haven't yet found their way to the town yet. This means, that you'll see a town where the Turks lives all year around. There are plenty of restaurants, but prices are just half the price of Alanya. There are a lot of local shops used by the locals (grocery, butcher, barber, fruit & vegetables). Transportation to Alanya (20 min by bus) is very easy with busus, that goes every 10 minutes. Price to Alanya is €0,75.

Just got back from Turkey this morning.. and wanted to thank you for a fabulous time. The apartment was perfect. Lots of space and great location. It catered for all our needs. The space was amazing we all loved the pool too. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

If you want a holiday which offers all the convenience of local restaurants, a supermarket and things to do on your doorstep, combined with the ability to see some of real Turkey without Tourists, then this is an ideal place to be.

This apartment is right on the sea front. the best feature of the apartment, apart from the large living space is the position of the balcony. If you sit facing the front you are overlooking the sea. If you go around to the side you are overlooking the Pool.

The sun rises at about 0800 hours over the pool to the far left of the balcony, then moves round during the day and sets at about 2000 hours to the far right. So if you wanted to spend all day on the balcony you could, and have 12 hours of sunshine.. So the apartment was very functional , the WiFi worked well most of the time which kept the kids amused when we were in the apartment.

The TV was OK but we could only get 1 English channel, which was OK because we didn't need a TV really.

The Airport transfer was good, and was waiting for us on arrival. We pre booked a hire car which was delivered to the apartment and we dropped it off at the airport.

If you want a spacious apartment, easy transfer from the airport, near to amenities but also far enough away to see some real Turkey without tourists , then I would recommend this apartment.

If we decide to make a return trip we would definately rent this apartment again.

Me and my family had a great vacation in this amazing apartment. Brand new, very clean and nice furniture. We never got tired of the view from the large living room. And there were more than plenty of room for our 4 children. And our stay was unforgettable. Our kids really enjoyed the large pool, which at no time was crowded. Even though we where there in the high season. The closeness of the beach was also really nice. But the beach was not good for our smallest boy. There were big waves at our stay and the water gets deep rather quickly.
The staff of the resort was very helpful in almost every matter. They picked us up in the airport and drove us directly to the apartment. Showed us the good restaurants and helped how to use the bus system (which turned out to be very easy)
A car was not needed for our stay in this apartment. It’s located in the middle of Mahmutlar, where there are many restaurants which prices are well below those in Alanya. We preferred the “Malibu” restaurant. Because the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen we also cooked dinner ourselves several times.
We took to bus to Alanya a few times, a very nice city with it’s Bazar and markets.
And in general Turkey is a lovely place. So we are actually having our next summer vacation in this apartment again..
