This 2 bed beach side bungalow is in an ideal location, 1 minute walk to the sandy beach and pools which are both safe for children, with supermarkets & restaurants nearby. There is a private terrace with sea-view, perfect for enjoying a barbecue, or glass of wine. The complex is family-friendly & offers daytime & evening entertainment. The quaint fishing village of Playa Blanca is a short stroll along the promenade, passing the harbour (which offers boat trips), where a variety of shops, bars & restaurants can be found. Further along the promenade is a large beach with water sports, and then the new Marina Rubicon with it's luxury shops and local market, leading round to the famous beautiful Papagayo Beaches. The Island can be easily explored and offers the Timanfaya National Park, vineyards & wine tasting, The Green Caves holding underground concerts & Cactus gardens. There are the more lively resorts of Puerto del Carmen & Costa Teguise which boasts a Water park & Golf Course.

The bungalow is in an ideal location for families, 1 minute walk to the beach and pools with supermarkets and restaurants close by. The complex offers live entertainment most nights and has a children playground and separate children pools. The quaint fishing village of Playa Blanca is a short stroll along the promenade, passing the harbour. Here there are 2 beaches with water sports leading to a marina with shops, a local market and the beautiful natural beaches of Papagayo just beyond. The bungalow is in a perfect location to explore the rest of the island including Timanfaya National Park, the local vineyards, the green caves and the cactus gardens. The lively resorts of Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise with its Water Park are only a 30 minute drive away. Just ret'd from 14 days at this bungalow and didnt want to come home. It is situated in the most perfect spot - 2 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the swimming pool. The views across to Fuertaventura are amazing and the mountains are on the other side. The property itself is one of the best I've ever stayed in - v comfortable with everything you could need for a perfect holiday. You can walk along the promenade to Playa Blanca village but I didnt have a buggy and my 3 yr old found it a bit far in the heat. Having said that less than 3 euros got you a taxi and the reception staff are excellent at booking them for you. We're only home today and are already planning our next trip back. If you want lots of nightlife its not for you but if you want peace and tranquillilty book now.

We have recently enjoyed a 10 day holiday at this property and found the location excellent - with beach within a minutes walking distance and likewise, swimming pools, restaurants, shops, etc. Great location for family with children.
The accommodation itself was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We would highly recommend.
