Master Bedroom with en suite jacuzzi bath; ---twin bedroom with sitting area / terrace and bath. Loft area sleeps one extra and extra bath off kitchen/ TV den area. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, ovens, microwave all top of the line appliances.-- -----NOT SAFE for children/ elevator, open stairways, many terraces.------ NO pets and NO Smoking permitted.------ City of Sarasota a l5 minute car ride to theatres, restaurants, music, art galleries. Disney - 2 hr drive; Tampa Airport, 1 hr. Sarasto Airport 20 minute drive; Fort Meyers Airport, 1 hr.

This beautiful home is decorated and furnished with everything we could possible need to feel at home during our stay. The location is one short block to the beach, a couple of blocks to the village shops and restaurants. Both are a short walk, with the bonus of quietness and privacy. The roof top patio sunsets are spectacular. The owner was friendly and quick to ensure a comfortable stay. We would recommend this one and would plan to stay again.

This is the best property we have stayed in in Siesta Key. The excellent standard of furnishings and magnificent view from the terrace really added to our holiday. Everything you could possibly want is provided and the owner goes out of her way to make you welcome. The world famous beach was a short five minute walk, with the village easy walking distance. I would agree with the description that the property is not suitable for children. I would have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding house and hope to stay there again.

This town home has everything and more that you could ever wish for -the owner really has thought of everything to make it a fantastic home to rent.
Great location - roof top perfect to end the day watching the sun set.

This Terraced Townhouse does not fail to impress. During our stay in April, we found this townhouse meeting all our needs in terms of spacious layout, amenities and features. Everything from the stunning ocean view on the Terrace deck, to the safety-elevator/lift was in top-notch condition. Proximity to beach and Siesta Key Village restaurants made the location ideal. Also, property is managed by a caring, knowledgeable long-time Siesta Key Resident that was happy to help.
