A Security deposit of £250.O0 is required with the final balance 8 weeks before your stay to cover breakages, loss of keys, loss of garage remote controls and additional laundry charges- to be returned at end of stay providing there is no loss, damage or laundry in addition to the normal sheets & towels.
  • A Welcome Pack containing milk, eggs, butter, sugar, tea, coffee, orange juice, bread, soap, toilet rolls and a bottle of water can be arranged at an additional charge of £15.00
  • For stays of 2 weeks or more the price includes a 2 hour clean and change of linen and towels at the end of each week.
