Casa Josef is a tastefully furnished and decorated single storey villa with sea views & wheelchair access. All bedrooms are fully Air Con / Heated with the addition of variable speed ceiling fans. Fitted wardrobes all with safes. The well equipped kitchen has oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, & microwave, the utility room has automatic washer, storage, iron & board. The lounge/diner has a feature marble fire place with log burning stove. Variable speed ceiling fans. It is well furnished with comfortable sofas & chairs. 42' Flat Screen TV, Video, DVD Player & a selection of over 50 films, stereo radio/CD player & Sky TV. Large patio doors lead from the lounge to a covered patio area with fridge, table & chairs, football table & full size table tennis table. Which in turn leads to 40ft private pool and terrace which is fully equipped with sun loungers & fresh water shower. There is a tree shaded BBQ & eating area. Large lawned area for the kids to run wild.

Casa Josef is approximately 1/2 mile from the main EN125 motorway which services the whole of the Algarve. The villa is surrounded by beautiful open country side & is ideally situated for a peaceful holiday but is still within easy reach of beaches, entertainment & sport. The Algarve shopping centre is approx 1 mile away, The centre has multi screen cinema { showing latest international films }, Bowling ally, 32 restaurants, bars & numerous fashion, electrical, perfume, sport, etc shops. The Algarves most popular resort of Albufeira is only 3 miles away with a fantastic square with bars, cafe's, resturants & shops, were you can sit and watch live entertainment day & night or just relax and watch the world go by.

Casa Josef was an ideal destination for our family holiday .We have been going to Portugal for a number of years and this is one of the most enjoyable visits. We were apprehensive at first when booking ,we had always used the Villa Agency or Villa Plus but we were well looked after and the owner was kind enough to ring before we set off to ask if everthing was OK . The property was well layed out and the surrounding area was quiet and had great views .Everthing was very clean and the kitchen well equiped. The pool was a good size , but it was not toddler friendly .
Casa Josef was conveniently situated , only a 10 minute walk to Guia and its restaurants . A superb shopping centre is 5 mins away by car , where you can buy your food and drink in a massive supermarket , eat in a huge take-away area or just browse in the high quality shops .
We have already recommended it to all our friends and family and would return ourselves in the near future .
