Our spacious holiday home is on the secluded residential development of Sabal Harbour, just 5 minutes drive off I-75. Beautifully landscaped and maintained, this private and luxurious community is ideally suited to a relaxing holiday. The villa is large and airy with 2400 sq ft of fully air conditioned space plus ceiling fans throughout. Fully equipped with all luxury furnishings and fittings which include new wood and tiled floors -- contemporary styled, fitted out with all new furniture, freshly decorated and a 35’ pool & spa installed in October 2005. The surrounding gardens are large, attractive and well kept with a private nature preserve to the rear. Our well proportioned villa provides ample space for families holidaying together. Outside the large pool deck means there is always room to relax or play, whilst indoors there are two lounges and a games room to provide entertainment for all ages.

The villa is ideally positioned for a wide range of activities. For golfers there is an abundance of courses, 6 at championship level within a 20 minute drive. It is only a 15 minutes by car to Anna Maria Island, Gulf Beaches, Sarasota City and Siesta Key. Tampa and Busch Gardens theme park are 40 minutes away. Guests can also make use of a large, heated community pool, basketball courts, floodlit tennis and volleyball courts. A children’s play area is only 5 minutes walk from the villa.

'We returned home from Florida on Tuesday. Just wanted to e-mail and thank you for sharing your fantastic villa. We have had a fabulous holiday, the villa was a perfect base for us, we drove to Cypress Gardens, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Clearwater Beach Island, St John's Pass near Treasure Island, Anna Maria Island (lovely Pier). We liked Bradenton very much, the people are so well mannered and polite, we've a lot to learn from the Americans especially when it comes to customer service. I've written all comments in your visitors book, but wanted to let you know that the villa made our holiday for us. It's so tastefully decorated and furnished, we all enjoyed the pool, I enjoyed just sitting outside and being warm even in the rain. You've equipped the villa really well for visitors, there was everything we needed and the files for Guests and Information were particularly helpful. There's so much space inside the villa, it's been perfect for us all. '

We just returned from this lovely home and I can assure all that they would enjoy this home. The pool and spa area is fantastic. We spent alot of time swimming. The pool table was also used regularly. The screened in lani area and the large table with lots of seating was nice to eat meals outside. The master bedroom is large, lots of closet space and a huge shower. The home is clean and the it did not take long to feel at home. The home is convienent to restaurants, shopping and not too far from the beaches. I would rent this property again.
