WE TAKE SHORT OR LONG LETS INCLUDING WINTER LETS ON A MONTHLY RATE FROM SEPTEMBER - MAY - Our self catering Villa is set in a romantic, green peaceful, location only 2minutes to the town centre where you can find fresh food markets, banks, supermarkets and a piazza with cafes and bars. The beach is only 10minutes drive or 30minutes by foot, 15mintues by bicycle. Just up into the Alps you are only 1hour 30minutes to 2 ski resorts either Auron 1990metres high or 2000 high is Isola. We have a 2 double bedroom Villa with a very large garden of 2000metres squared with authentic boule, ping pong and a swimming pool. The fully fitted kitchen includes a washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, microwave. A large lounge with a dining room including tv and dvd player, Cd and radio as well as a lovely chimney central to the room ready for those warm fires. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and large sink. In the town there is a free bus which takes you up to the medieval village where you can

Notes to the rental rates

• We require a part payment of our hire fee + the damage cover deposit of £150.00 to confirm the booking paid within 5 days of confirmation. We then charge the further payments in 2 stages to be paid before 8 weeks prior to the booking. Included within our bookings are linen, towels, a complimentary bottle of wine and some tea and coffee. If you book last minute we will require full payment up front. We can only take a minimum of 2 nights stay per booking. If you need to cancel we can only refund 75% of the hire fee and the damage cover deposit up until 8 weeks prior to the booking. If you cancel within or from 8weeks to the booking we will only be able to refund the damage deposit.

Rural setting minutes for the town and Nice

We are situated in a valley just behind the foothills of the Alps minutes to the town of Cagnes Sur Mer where you can visit the Haut de Cagnes the medieval village. Here you can relax in the plaza watching the sunset with your aperitif overlooking the mountains. Or head to the sea for sunbathe, swim, water skiing, snorkeling or scuba diving. We are only 20minutes the Artistic village of St Paul de vence, or Renoirs house. 1 hour to the Italien border for the thursday market in ventimille or go to the old markets of Antibes and Nice. There are some lovely walks in the hills overlooking the amazing panoramic views of the bay of cannes, nice and Antibes or if you are passing through and wish to see Corsica what a great stopping point for a few days. Not in the middle of a town so that you can settle in for a relaxing few days before your tour of the islands.

Skiing Information:

We are 1hour and 20minutes from Auron a 1990metre high ski resort with plenty of fun slopes and after ski, this is a good resort for the children and is often visited by the local french for their holidays as well. Also only 1hour and 30minutes is Isola where again you have plenty of choice of slopes for all levels, this is 2000m high.

Golf Information:

There are a few courses nearby one in biot an 18hole course situated minutes from the old village where you can watch glass blowing if you do not wish to have a round. It is an 4511 metres 18 Holes Par 67. This excellent golf course is very flat, but rather short. The rustic setting offers views of the beautiful village of Biot and the surrounding area. The course is quite hard but still ideal for beginners. Biot Golf Course is open to non members. It offers private and group tuition, an excellent pro-shop, club rental, caddy rental, driving range, and a restaurant offering delightful food. It is one of the Riviera's oldest courses. The fairways gently succeed each other, with calm and untroubled play to look forward to. A pleasant golfing experience for all players. Without many difficulties, you will find here a course full of rustic and romantic charm. Warm welcome ensured. A good dose of fresh air.
