WE TAKE SHORT OR LONG LETS INCLUDING WINTER LETS ON A MONTHLY RATE FROM SEPTEMBER - MAY - The Villa is set in a romantic, green, peaceful, area 2minutes to the town centre by car where you can find fresh food markets, banks, supermarkets, a leafy square with cafes and bars. The beach is only 10minutes drive or 45minutes by foot, 15mintues by bicycle. Just up into the Alps you are only 1hour 30minutes to 2 ski resorts either Auron 1990metres high or 2000 high is Isola. We have a 2 double bed Villa, situated in a very large garden of 2000m2 a boule pitch, ping pong table and private swimming pool. The fully fitted kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave. A large living/dining room with a tv & dvd player, Cd/radio player & working chimney central to the room for those warm fires. The bathroom has a shower, toilet & large sink. In town there is a free bus taking you up to the medieval village here you can relax enjoying the view of the Alps.

We are extremely near Renoirs house which you can visit, 15minutes to Nice, St Paul de Vence , Vence or St Jeannet only 20minutes drive from Valrose. There is so much to see you can dive off Cap Antibes 25minutes drive, or Cannes for the film festivals. Only 1.5 hrs drive and you are in the Alps onto ski slopes or walks or 20minutes to the nearest golf course or just sunbathing on the Cote D'Azur.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We require part payment of the hire fee + the damage cover deposit of £200.00 to confirm the booking paid within 5 days of confirmation. We then charge the 2nd and final payment 9 weeks prior to the booking. If you are booking for more than one week we will charge payments in 3 stages. Included is linen, towels, a complimentary bottle of wine and some tea and coffee. If you book last minute we will require full payment up front. We can only take a minimum of 2 nights stay per booking. If you need to cancel we can only refund 75% of the hire fee and the damage cover deposit up until 8 weeks prior to the booking. If you cancel within or from 8weeks to the booking we will only be able to refund the damage deposit.
  • We Take winter lets which is 1500 pounds per month includes the cost of telephone, internet which allows unlimited calls to any country in Europe on landlines only and 30minutes to a French mobile, also landlines in France are included. Anything used over this is chargeable according to the bill. Bills on top are electricity and gas bottles which are only €14.75 and only need changing every other month. If you wish to have a cleaner it is 15euros per hour. There will be a pool maintenance person and gardener who visit either once or twice a month. We also like to harvest our olives in Oct/Nov of which you can profit some of the oil or olives.

Notes: The villa is on one level but the access to the garden for a wheelchair would be around by the front garden otherwise all the interior is on one level. We do not have a bath nor special disabled handles but if you feel it works once you have seen photos please call. It has a large garden so great for families and couples who wish to take short or long breaks. The long lets are more applicable for winter lets.

Rural setting minutes for the town and Nice: We are situated in a valley just behind the foothills of the Alps minutes to the town of Cagnes Sur Mer where you can visit the Haut de Cagnes the medieval village. Here you can relax in the plaza watching the sunset with your aperitif overlooking the mountains. Or head to the sea to sunbathe, swim, water ski, snorkle or go scuba diving. We are only 20minutes the Artistic village of St Paul de vence, or Renoirs house. 1 hour to the Italien border for the thursday market in ventimille or go to the old markets of Antibes and Nice. There are some lovely walks in the hills overlooking the amazing panoramic views of the bay of cannes, nice and Antibes or if you are passing through and wish to see Corsica what a great stopping point for a few days. Not in the middle of a town so that you can settle in for a relaxing few days before your tour of the islands. We are 5 minutes by car to town, 10mins by bicycle or 40mins by foot.
