Notes to the rental rates

• Change over days are flexible. All linen & towels are provided, but please bring own pool/beach towels. All prices include, electricity, water and midweek maid service. In view of the upstairs sun terrace, we would ask you to consider the situation for children under 2 years of age, although there is a locked gate provided.
  
• Above rates are based on full occupancy. Special discounts may be offered for lesser occupancy. To book: Please phone or email the owners. A booking is confirmed by returning a copy of the owners booking form by post. A 25% deposit is required on booking, with the balance plus £100 returnable security deposit payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of the rental period. Detailed arrival/travel instructions will then be sent.

2 Bedroom Villa

The 2 Bedroom villa is extensively decorated and has a separate eating area, with an elegant glass table, and there are leather sofas and chairs in the main lounge area, as well as a fire burner. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons, including an oven, grill, microwave, gas hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The first bedroom has a doorway that opens up to the rear of the property and has very large fitted wardrobes. The en-suite is very elegantly decorated with a shower, toilet, B-Day and sink. The second bedroom is downstairs and has a seating ares as well as an en-suite bathroom which includes a bath, B-Day, toilet and sink. The villa has a large veranda area which leads of the lounge with seating and a table with chairs to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.

3 Bedroom Villa

The 3 bedroom villa is also exquisitely furnished to a very high standard with each bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom as well as shutters which open up to give access to the swimming pool area. The main living area has an entertainment unit which comprises of :- LCD TV, DVD Player, Video, Sony Playstation 2 with games. There is also a small library of Dvds, Videos and books. There is a separate eating area, with an elegant glass table, and there are L-Shaped sofas and chairs in the main lounge area, as well as a fire burner. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons, including an oven, grill, microwave, gas hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The master bedroom has double shutters that open up to the swimming pool and BBQ area, as well as fitted wardrobes. The en-suite is very elegantly decorated with a shower, toilet, B-Day and sink. The second & third bedrooms are at the other side of the villa each with an en-suite bathroom and pool access.

Grounds

The villas are set in grounds of over 3200sqm, with a surround gravel driveway linking both driveway entrances. There is sufficient parking available for over a dozen cars including a sheltered area to protect the cars from the sun. The main pool has a BBQ area with table and seating, as well as a patio area to offer further table and chairs. The swimming area also has its own outdoor shower and indoor toilet, designed with similar specification the en-suite toilets. The large swimming pool is enclosed by the landscaped gardens, which have several gravel pathways meandering throughout the grounds. The property is located in a very exclusive area known as 'Millionaires Row' in Val de Milho which as well as offering privacy, remains tranquil and peaceful as there is no through road passing by the property.

Golf Information:

The sun terrace overlooks the Val de Milho Golf Course which is a picturesque 9 hole course. There are numerous quality golf courses within driving distance including - Boavista, Palmares, Morgado, Alamos, Alto Club, Vale da Pinta, Gramacho, Silves, Parque da Floresta, Salgados, Vilamoura Pinhal, Vilamoura Laguna, & Vilamoura Millennium amongst many others. The villa is situated with all major golf courses in the Algarve within easy driving distance.
