The Summer House is a lovely newly renovated three bedroom cottage just above St Mawes harbour. It has fantastic sea views across the bay. Downstairs the dining area is in the bay window overlooking the sunny terrace and sailing activity on the water. The cottage is very light and airy with a New England beach house style of decorations and furniture. The Summer House has three double bedrooms, one of which has an extra bunk bed to give flexibility for up to 6 guests. There is a bathroom and a separate shower room. St Mawes is undoubtedly the most sought after seaside village on the South Cornish coast. It has beaches, sailing, water sports, pleasant shops, pubs and cafes as well as easy access by ferry to Falmouth, Truro, the Helford Riverand the National Trust beaches on the St Anthony headland across the bay. North Cornwall's surfing beaches are 30-50 minutes away and the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trebar, Trellissick are a short drive away
