The Master bedroom has a double bed ( + 2 in a double sofa bed) and 2 twin rooms ( + 1 additional child bed) and has a well equipped kitchen, dining area, plentiful wardrobe space, balcony and garden furniture. There is a very comfortable lounge area with log fire. Chesa Planaterra has a shared garden and is near to Klosters children's play area and tennis courts.The local sports centre and outdoor swimming pool are 5 mins. walk away. The apartment at Chesa Planaterra has 3 bedrooms which are very comfortable and tastefully decorated , 1 double (with additional double sofa bed) and 2 twins ( 1 with extra childs bed). It has a newly renovated kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. The dining area seats 6 and can extend to 10 . The sitting room has log fire, TV and stereo with MP3/AUX input. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room. The property is on the ground floor with easy access onto the private balcony with garden furniture and leads into the shared garden. The garden backs onto the local park area and tennis courts. The apartment includes 1 parking space and the bus stop is only 10 metres away. Klosters town centre with all amenities, lift station providing direct access to Parsenn ski area (skiing to 2,800 metres) is 500 metres away (5-7 mins walk). In the basement of the property there are washing and drying facilities. All towels and linen are included in rental. Hair dryers available.
