Upon entering Forest Villa you will get the feeling of being in a very modern, spacious property, which is bright and welcoming with the style of Turkey! It is a newly built, two storey, air conditioned, non smoking luxury villa which boasts a private pool, two patios and a rooftop barbecue terrace. Forest Villa has been built on a flat area of land making it suitable for the young and elderly. It offers four double bedrooms and excellent facilities with all mod cons. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard and offers everything you will need to enjoy the perfect family holiday. All floors, stairs and patios are in luxurious cool marble and all bedrooms have views over the resort towards the sea or over the surrounding Taurus mountain range. There is a large vehicle parking area within the perimeter fencing. Public transport is very cheap and stops outside the villa giving access to local towns and resorts.

Calis beach is a straight level walk from Forest Villa. It is approximately 25 mins on foot or only 5 mins by Dolmus (bus) to the seafront where you will find a promenade of hotel bars, restaurants and traditional style Turkish bars. The area is a gathering point during the evening for people to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets over the numerous islands dotted around the coastline. The beach is mainly shingle but safe for bathing and swimming. A water taxi connects Calis with Fethiye town. A visit to the nearby Patara Beach is highly recommended. Each year it is voted within the top ten beaches in the world! White water rafting is available in the Taurus Mountain range approx 1 hour drive away. There are many boats sailing from Fethiye Marina which specialise in island trips, fishing and diving excursions. All trips, car hire and transfers from the airport to Forest Villa can be arranged through our excellent managers in Calis who will be on hand to assist you during your stay.

Notes: There is a kitchenette on the top floor of Forest Villa which serves the barbecue and top balcony area. The patio is equipped with a large table and 8 chairs. The poolside area has 8 cushioned sun loungers. There are also parasols and poolside tables and chairs. The pool is approx 18' long x 8' wide x 5'6' deep. Please note that there is no shallow end. We now supply a pay-as-you-go Turkish mobile telephone for your convenience. It is also generally cheaper to use this telephone to call home to the UK during your holiday.

Further Details: A welcome pack is provided for your arrival. The nearest restaurant/bar and mini supermarkets are approx 10 mins walk from this villa. Banks are available in Fethiye. In most places both Turkish and English is spoken. The local currency of the New Turkish Lira is used. Should you ever need assistance from the Turkish people please don’t be afraid to ask. You will never find a more helpful and approachable people! The local 'Efes' beer is excellent and costs about £1 per 500ml. Wines are also plentiful and cheap. Meals vary in price but you can easily have a three course meal with drinks for £10 per person. At Forest Villa you will never feel alone as our excellent English speaking local management team are only a phone call away if required. They are eager to help and advise you to help make your holiday completely trouble free. They will also arrange car hire and excursions if you require them.

Flight Information: If you require assistance to find low cost flights from the UK, then please contact us and we will assist you wherever possible.

Ski: Seki is a beautiful, traditional mountain village surrounded by forests, green fields and the Taurus Mountains. It is located at the foot of Mount Eren, at an altitude of 1250 metres. Seki is 40miles -a one hour drive - from Fethiye. Skiing is available here from November through to April.

'The villa is located in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains. It is a spacious villa with everything we needed for our stay. The buses into Fethiye left from outside the villa every hour which was very convenient. We found the prices in the restaurants very cheap for excellent meals. Had a lovely time, couldn't fault the villa. The pool area was larger than it looks in photos. The area was lovely and scenic. Plenty to do.
