Das Paar, das uns betreute, bot einen super tollen service. Inclusive SMS-Versand zu aktuellen Verkehrssituationen. Wir waren mit Rollstuhl dort. Der Lift ist für so etwas zu klein. Aber wir fanden eine tolle Lösung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Auch recht leise war es dort über die Osterfeiertage. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Der eine oder andere Topf hat gefehlt für eine vollbelegung. Kurzfrisitg war es ohne Probleme möglich auch noch eine 7. Person unterzubringen.

Die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Bedürfnissen!

Wir waren insgesamt 6 Personen die Ihren Urlaub in Rom verbrachten. Die Wohnung war schön groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man so brauchte. Bis auf die Töpfe und vielleicht ein, zwei Tassen mehr. Aber man konnte mit Luca reden und er versprach sich darum zu kümmern. Sowieso war das Verhältnis mit Luca sehr angenehm und man konnte sich jederzeit mit allen Fragen an Ihn wenden. Das Haus und die Wohnung waren sauber und die Nachbarn sehr nett. Wenn man aus einer Großstadt kommt konnte man auch gut mit den Verkehrsgeräuschen leben (nicht übermäßig laut). Die Bahnstation war nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und man hatte guten Anschluß an alle anderen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Ebenso ist der Supermarkt und kleinere Läden nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort weiterempfehlen und sind uns sicher wieder einmal zu kommen.

Rom war der Hit

Wir waren drei Frauen auf Kulturtrip in Rom. Die Ferienwhg. ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet, Betten bei Anreise bezogen und ausreichend Hand- und Badetücher vorhanden und für italienische Verhältnisse sehr sehr sauber. Die Matratze im Doppelbett müsste mal erneuert werden (hart). Der Bhf. tatsächlich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auf dem Weg dahin eine Bar mit dem leckersten Cappuccino in Rom (und dem preiswertesten)! Supermarkt und Alimentari ca. 250m entfernt. Um die Ecke eine Vinothek mit leckerem und preiswerten Wein direkt vom Hersteller! Auch der Bus nur um zwei Ecken, Nr. 75, mit dem man auch ganz gut eine kleine Stadtrundfahrt genießen kann - wenn die Füsse platt sind. Die Abwicklung und Betreuung vor Ort waren top. Ich empfehle die Whg uneingeschränkt weiter!
