One of the most beautiful coastal resorts on the Costa Blanca. Moraira - Teulada nestles between the mountains and the sea. It has been carefully developed with the aim of preserving the coastline, and unlike other resorts there are no high rise buildings. In fact nothing above 4 stories high has been allowed to be built in the area. With stunning blue flag beaches all children friendly, the resort is very special. The main beach also has excellent facilities for the disabled with special patio area, large wheeled wheel chairs, and trees planted to provide shade to enable all to share the resort. Our villa is located on the back of the hill side that looks down on Moraira. It's location is at the end of a single tarmac road and then a very private drive. It is one of half a dozen properties in the valley and allows our guests to be away from the noise of buzz bikes, traffic etc, but within a very short drive to the town. The pool and terrace is completely private.

Guests checking out are reminded that our cleaners must start at 10am promptly on your day of departure to allow us to prepare the villa for new arrivals. Notes to the rental rates

Please note a non returnable deposit of 25% of total cost is required to secure your booking.
We will send you your final invoice 10 weeks prior to arrival date and this must be paid in full a minimum of 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Central Heating; Is included in rental rates for spring, Autumn and winter weeks.
Air Con night time (8pm-6am) to all bedrooms is included in rental rates. Extra charge of £100 per week if required 24 hrs a day to all rooms during your stay.
If you require a Welcome pack Please order this at time of booking. options: £50.00, £75.00, £100.00.
Heated pool £75.00 per week (must be booked in advance on your booking form).

The villa has been furnished with the very best quality solid oak furniture, leather suites etc to ensure a luxury feel to the villa. We also know to use cheap laminated items is false economy as they would damage easily.
We welcome children and guests should not be afraid to allow them to be themselves. All items are very easily cleaned with a damp cloth. We simply ask you to clear up any mess made at the time it happens.
Security deposit: A security deposit of £30 per person (minimum of £300.00) is required at time of final invoice. This will be returned by means of a cheque within 10 -15 days of your return home subject to no damage.

We understand that breakages will occur and we ask all guests to simply replace the broken cup/plate/glass etc to avoid us using your security deposit. All items in the villa are available locally and details can be found in the villa pack on your arrival. For any other major damage we ask you to advise us by phone immediately as we may be able to get this replaced through our insurance policy.

| Notes: | The villa is designed to allow you to choose optional extras to suite your holiday and family needs. Air conditioning all rooms. The system operates on a time switch, Off or 8pm-6am per day or 24hrs a day . Air Con must be booked in advance. Central heating: During the Christmas and New Year period the rental price includes full central heating. Also available at extra cost outside these dates. Heated pool in the cooler months, over Christmas / New Year, or in fact at any time of the year is available at extra cost. If heated pool is required this must be ordered in advance. Facilities for the disabled... Outside
We have tried very hard to ensure our villa caters for most but welcome comments from guests or potential guests on how we might improve our disabled facilities to improve their stay. On the out side: No gravel from car parking area to villa. There will be a slight incline from parking area up to the villa but nothing that will stop a wheelchair being pushed up it. Once on the villa level there is a massive flat terrace that runs up one side of the villa and across the back. The large pool is sited in this terrace. The covered Nayer and the inside of the villa (ground floor) is all on the same level. There will be a step up to the hot tub and the garden areas will have gravel and trees so this area would not be suitable for a wheelchair user.
Disabled Access
In truth we have had to compromise in some areas due to tough planning rules in this area but despite this we believe we have created a villa that will allow disabled persons to enjoy a great holiday. Outside doors have proved an issue with the town hall as they insisted on smaller doors to what we had hoped to fit Patio doors in lounge area are 1800mm wide and kitchen 2000mm wide. We have proved that a wheel chair will fit through each open door but we are a little concerned these might prove difficult to access by a wheelchair due to the threshold across the bottom. We can not change this style of door at present. We have therefore designed the main front door to have no threshold and it is over 1000mm wide. There is a wide level path from this door to the Nayer and terrace area giving great access.
Disabled bedrooms & Bathroom
Two twin bedrooms (ground floor) have been designed with extra wide door access and both share a bathroom which also has an extra wide door. Bathroom: has great wheel chair access and twin basins, toilet, bidet, and a bath with a removable disabled seat. The shower fitting moves up and down to allow anyone using the seat to shower. Grab handles are fitted in the bath area and either side on the toilet and bidet on the side wall. Also a drop down bar is fitted on the other side of the toilet from the back wall. Extra suction grab handles are provided and can be positioned to suit each person.

We had never travelled to this area of Spain before so were a little concerned about the drive from the airport but the Instructions supplied from the owner were brilliant, owner had thought of all the mistakes we could have made on our journey & gave clear instructions complete with pictures!! On our arrivial we were throughly delighted with location, totally unspoilt & in such a beautiful setting, the views are breathtaking. The villa has been finished to an excellant standard it would be hard to be disappointed. On entering the villa we found that everything gleamed, heating was on making it nice & warm (Jan/Feb visit). The facilities & layout were perfect, we had one parent with disabilities (wheelchair) & they said it was the first time they had stayed in a villa abroad without feeling a nuisance to others. Our teenage kids loved the the table tennis, pool table & as there is a large TV upstairs in a second lounge area we hardly saw them, what more could we ask for! Moraira town & beach is just short drive away. The town has that Old Charm that has been lost is other places, a shop assistant mentioned that there was a local festival taking place whilst we were on holiday, we had a wonderful time & such a lovely experience. Reastaurants a plenty, we all loved the Chinesse & Indian, but its hard to choose as there are so many to try. The beach area is lovely, great access & wonderfully clean. Supermarkets had everything we required, lots of English names such as Corn Flakes , Heinz Beans etc, try the fresh bread & pastries, you will put on pounds!!! Did not uses the BBQ area but everything is there ready for use. We just loved having coffee on the outside terrace & sat late into the evening on the covered area, lots of tables & chairs for everyone. Loved the English washing machine, great spin cycle, the washing was dry in no time. They have thought of everything, information & instructions its all there. We had such a fantastic time that we have booked the villa again for a return visit later in the year. FAB FAB FAB!!!! We have never filled in one of these reports before but felt this villa deserved our efforts.
