Casa Media Luna is a luxury 4 bedroom, 6 bathroom, vacation villa, with pool and panoramic view, it’s located on the tropical hills of the original part of Las Brisas, Acapulco's most exclusive & gated neighborhood. Guarded entries and patrols ensure complete privacy and security to all the private villas. This lovely property is rented occasionally & directly by its owners, not for business purposes but only to help defray part of the high maintenance costs. This boutique villa is elegantly done in every sense, with oriental Kilim rugs, high quality furniture and decorator touches all over, surrounded by large tropical trees and plants, it has a stunning view of the open ocean, the Roqueta Island and Acapulco bay. From the fantastic living and dining room, which are out in the open with the Acapulco breeze, you can observe spectacular sunsets 365 days a year and in the evening admire the twinkling lights of the city on the bay.

Notes to the rental rates

• NEW LOWER RATES!!
  Not Included: Staff gratuities, Food/Alcohol, Transportation
  
• PAYMENT POLICY: US Dollars required: Bank-to-Bank Transfer, Cashier's check, Personal/Business check.
  Returned checks will forfeit the reservation, until cleared. 50% of total rental amount is required as deposit to hold and confirm the villa within 7 days of booking. This deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to a future rent depending on availability within 1 year. The balance is required at least 30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund for Christmas and New Years
  
• A Security deposit of $300 per week for long distance charges and any damages incurred during the stay will be collected before arrival and will be returned 15 days after departure.
  Check In time is 3 pm and Check Out time is 1 pm. Special times can be arranged by advanced request.

The snorkeling and SCUBA diving here is first rate and there is nothing as exciting as jumping on a jet ski and riding at full throttle across Acapulco Bay. Golf: There are 5 championship golf courses (15 minutes away). Enjoy a game or two of golf on one of the most exclusive golf courses in Latin America. With five greens on the waterfront, and 5 km of private beach, Tres Vidas in undoubtedly the most prestigious course in Acapulco. Golf Courses are also located at the Fairmont Princess Hotel, the Mayan Palace and a 9 hole course at the Club de Golf in Town. Water Parks: CICI is a water park that offers the opportunity of interacting with dolphins. It is conveniently located on Acapulco's main strip on the bay side.
