  • To accept a booking, we ask for a 25% deposit.

    In the event of a cancellation up to 1 month before your arrival, we will retain 10% as an administration charge. Within 1 month of the arrival, the full balance is payable unless an alternative rental can be found.
  • Arrival time is between 11am and 4pm unless other arrangements are made. You will be welcomed by our caretaker who will show around the apartment before leaving you to enjoy your time.

    Departure time is 11am unless other arrangements are made. On the day of departure we ask guests to remove their bedding and leave it in the hall. You must ensure that the dishwasher is emptied and that all rubbish has been placed in secure bags and placed in the bins downstairs.

    Finally, all the kitchen surfaces must be clean and tidy.
