Notes to the rental rates

• A booking deposit of £100 will be required (or equivalent euro amount) The full rental balance is payable in Pounds sterling three weeks prior to the commencement of the booking (please allow for ceque postal and clearance time). A £100 security/damage deposit will also be required at this time and it will be refunded within 10 days of completion of your stay providing there are no damages. In the unlikely event that damage/breakages occur, the money will be used to fund repairs/replacements and the balance together with receipts will be returned to you.
  
• Key collection and return will be arranged on a one to on basis with each renter.
