The Villa is 170 sq mtrs and located on the back side of the Playacar golf course. 3 swimming pools within the complex + Reef Club Beach privileges included. The Villa is fully furnished with all amenities including high speed Internet, air con, washer & dryer, all kitchen appliances, dishes, linens, local cellphone, combination safe, etc. Kitchen, living room, dining room, wet bar and utility room downstairs. 2 Bedrooms + studio upstairs. Satellite TV plus DVD / CD / stereo in Living Room and Studio. Maid service included mid-week (or daily for small extra cost). The Villa is located within the gated community of Playacar. The Reef Club has a white sandy beach, 2 pools and lots of palapas for shade. Just bring your beachwear and relax!

    Security deposit is refunded to you within 7 business days of check-out.
  • Weekly rate includes mid-week maid service. This service is also available daily for a small addtl fee.

Playacar Reef Club

The Reef Club is a beautiful private beach club that is available for residents and rental guests staying in Playacar. For free, you can choose to enjoy the pools, white sand beaches (lots of palapas for shade and comfy lounge chairs) and the many pool activities. You can take a small cooler for food/drinks. If you prefer, you may choose to do an 'All Inclusive Day'. This means unlimited food & drinks (alcohol or non). There is a nice buffet restaurant plus a more casual pool-side snack bar with sandwiches, pizza, ice cream, fries/chips, etc. The All Inclusive price is approx 20 GBP / 27 euros for adults and 10 GBP / 13 euros for children, with discounts for multi-day passes. Note: Nearly all beaches in Playa del Carmen are public, quite beautiful and very clean. At the public beaches there are casual snack bars & restaurants. So you can choose to take your own cooler or buy there. Chairs/umbrellas for rent (cheap) at many Playa del Carmen beaches.

Eco-tourism and archeology sites

Visit the Tulum or Chitzen Itza Mayan ruins. Explore the beautiful reefs and fabulous snorkel or scuba dive sites in Cozumel. The ferry runs nearly every hour to Cozumel. Visit the Playacar Bird Aviary. Spend a day at Xel-Ha and swim with the dolphins, snorkel, snuba, float on a river raft, hike through the beautiful jungle or just relax. Xcaret is a another beautiful water park and the evening theatre presentation is something not to be missed. There are so many beautiful sites within an hour or less driving distance from Playa del Carmen. Playa has many well established and reliable tour companies if you prefer not to drive yourself. All major auto rental agencies have offices in downtown Playa del Carmen as well as the Cancun Intl Airport.

Playa del Carmen is approx 45 minutes drive south of the Cancun airport. Inexpensive bus/shuttle service right to Playa del Carmen from Cancun airport (private vans and car rentals too). Playa del Carmen is a small relaxed Caribbean beach town with a wide variety restaurants, shopping, beautiful beaches and more. Strolling 5th Avenue in the evenings is a joy - many lovely sidewalk cafes & restaurants with food of all types including great seafood/lobster, Italian, Asian, Mayan, and of course, Mexican. Music and dance clubs for all ages. Food markets / groceries only a short taxi ride away. English spoken in most shops & restaurants. Taxis everywhere make it easy to get around if you don't want to rent a car. Easy access to ATMs / Banks all over town.

Everything that is written about the villa and location by the owners is right on point.
The Villa was clean and welcoming, very nice.
Its close to town , and is good for family holidays or a holiday away with friends.
would go back in a heart beat.
