Pattaya holiday villa: Jomtiem beach, Pattaya city

Dear Tina and Peter and new (future) guests.

We were asked by Peter and Tina to write a review about our 3 week holiday in the Villa of Peter and Tina.

We normally never do anything like this since a holiday and everything what goes with that should be good.

For Tina and Peter we do like to make a exceptions since this was a great Holiday with great service and hospitality.

We arrived after a long trip in Bangkok were the limousine and the driver was waiting for us as discussed.

The drive to Pattaya and the Villa took about 1.5 hour and we were welcomed by Tina and Peter.

After they showed us the Villa, we were informed that Tina and Peter did some basic shopping for us so we had enough food and drinks for the first 2 days.

There was no rush or push from them and we received a briefing about Pattaya, the Villa and the car the following day. Peter even went with us to drive around so we would know our way.

In addition to that he gave us a Thai mobile phone with a prepaid card in it so if we would get lost or had problems, we would be able to call them.

To keep the story short, we had the best holiday of our life thanks to Peter and Tina and the Villa was even better as we could imagine or saw on the photo’s.

We had everyday maid service and we can honestly say that we have many new friends in Pattaya.

Pattaya is a city what is save, great fun and a real paradise for families with or without kids.
This in combination of the Villa of Peter and Tina and the hospitality of them and you have a great receipt for the perfect holiday.

That is also the reason why we have already booked the Villa for next year 8 weeks.

This has got to be the best holiday for any family. The house is very comfortable with a great outdoor area, BBQ, outside bar and swimmimg pool. Local restaurants were great, ordering take away food was easy and fairly inexpensive, if you wanted to, there is also a fully equipped kitchen, capable of delivering a fine Christmas lunch. We have just spent short of three weeks in Pattaya, Our children are all now over 20 and we come from three parts of the world. A home from home, hassle free. The house was comfortable, cleaned daily and the hosts could not have done more to look after us. They were always available to assist with bookings, directions, local tours, sight seeing and great in giving information on all the restuarants and a good night out. I have been on many a holiday, this was the most relaxing and gave our family a chance to relax and bond. We had a great Christmas, New year and my youngest sons 21 party. This is going to be a hard act to follow. We found the weather over Christmas to be warm and comfortable, a great time to be in Thailand. I can highly recommend using this rental company again.We certainly will. The use of the 4x4 was very useful and gave us independence and freedom to move around. Pattaya is a great holiday destination and we did not get enough time to see and experience half of what goes on. What you see on the site is exactly what you get and more. The booking procedure was efficient. From initial booking to returning home this is precisley what we as a family wanted. the perfect holiday.

Hold on to your hats folks, this will be a ride you will never top. Peter and Tina are your hosts from the time you arrive in Pattaya until you leave. If you want to be left alone they can do that for you as well.

We have been on vacations in many places in the world and we can not compare any of them to this vacation.

Tina and Peter know that you have spent all year in some cases waitng to enjoy some fun time. They will provide everything you'd expect and more.

The villa is great value on its own, but when you add what Peter and Tina can add, its almost over the top. They put so much into making sure you are happy, its incredible. they are friends for life.

I'd recommend a night on Walking Street and a must stop at the Blues Factory.
