'Le Tilleul' set in the heart of the Poitou-Charente, renowned as one of the sunniest regions of France, in a quiet + peaceful hamlet just 5 mins from Chef Boutonne (sall facilities) the farmhouse offers an excellent base for discovering the multitude of treasures in this charming area.Here you can relax + enjoy a super holiday from start to finish. Accommodation consists of fully fitted kitchen, downstairs bathroom (bath +shower attachment, WC, washbasin, washing machine, electric towel rail), cosy lounge, TV, stone fireplace with log burner, entrance hall, 2ND WC, downstairs double bedroom. Upstairs family bedroom (2doubles), shower room (shower + washbasin), 2ND staircase to children's bedroom (2 singles) + den. Super suntrap walled courtyard to front, ample parking, terrace to rear next to kitchen, BBQ, access to enclosed (oak + chestnut fencing 1.20m, security gate) swimming pool 12m x 6m, totally private for the occupants of the farmhouse, sun loungers etc, gardens, Telephone.

  • A deposit of 25% of the total cost of your holiday is required at the time of booking - paid by bankers draft and a final payment of the rest 28days prior to your arrival date (see further on..) Booking form to be completed, dated and signed by the head member of your party, accepting the booking terms and conditions as specified on behalf of the full party of occupants for the period reserved.     A dustbin deposit of 100euros should be added to each booking period, to be held and carried over and returned within 28days of the end of your holiday if no fines are incurred from re-cycling procedures.
  • Payment in is EUROS:-
    You are advised to order an International Bankers Draft in Euros for both deposits and final payments from your local bank, these should be made payable to Mrs. R.L. Reid and cash-able in PARIS France, not the UK and posted with your booking form to Mrs R.L. Reid at 'Vergné' 86400 Savigné France, full receipt and confirmation of your booking will be sent by return.
    These Bankers Drafts normally have to be ordered in advance and cost approx £18.
    Cancellations:- If for any reason you have to cancel your booked holiday please contact me asap and I will endeavor to re-book the period reserved by your party. If you cancel, I reserve the right to withhold the full deposit paid and or full final payment, however if I am successful in re-booking your dates then your payment will be returned less any additional advertising costs. You may also try to re-book your own holiday under the same terms and conditions - or transfer your holiday to friends or other relations.
  • You are advised to have travel insurance covering this eventuality, especially last minute cancellations.
    Linen supplements are refundable where beds have not been made up in advance.
    You are also advised to take out an insurance for all of your party covering personal belongings, travel, cancellations and particularly health insurance for any medical treatments.
    Any breakages or damages to the property and or its effects caused by members of your party during residency will be charged.

    You will receive full receipts for deposits, final payments, full directions packs, etc.
