This 3rd floor front line apartment, refurbished to a very high standard in 2007 enjoys superb views over the harbour of portals, and a landscaped garden with a large swimming pool. It has air-conditioning and heating throughout and parquet flooring. The balcony has sliding glass windows which can be open or closed making it ideal for winter breaks too. The complex is ideally located within walking distance of 3 beaches (5mins) shops, banks, supermarkets, newsagents, chemists etc (2mins). The pretty village of portals nous (10mins) offers all the amenities of a large village; doctor dentist hairdressers etc. A car is not necessary but should you wish to explore the island there are car rentals available next to the complex, and in the village of portals nous . The harbour is accessed directly from the garden of the complex and offers great choices of elegant restaurants, bars and shops as well as the opportunity to view the impressive range of boats and yachts in the harbour.

Set in the beautiful port of Puerto Portals, the complex ( with large gardens and swimming pool) leads straight out onto the harbour, with all its cosmopolitan cafes, bars and restaurants. The spectacular boats moored in the port can be admired whilst you sit in Cappuchino sipping your coffee, or whilst you enjoy dinner in any of the excellent restaurants most of which have front line view of the harbour. The beach is a few minutes walk away from the apartment, and enjoys the facilities of a beach bar, a sailing club and sunloungers and umberellas for hire. The port also has an excellent bus service which runs frequently to Palma and surrounding areas. There are also chemists, banks and shops etc right outside the complex and further up in the village (approx 10-15 min walk) you have a british medical center and lots more shops, hairdressers and restaurants etc. Car hire is not necessary as all ammenities are on hand to offer you a relaxing stressfree holiday!

BOOKING NOTES: A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. Full balance required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of stay. Stays of 5 nights or less will be required to pay a one time cleaning fee of 50 euros (payable in resort). A breakage deposit of 300 uk pounds in cash( also payable in resort) is required and will be returned on day of departure, subject to there being no breakages or damage to the apartment.

FURTHER INFORMATION: There are many activities available nearby such as tennis, water sports, quad hire etc. Boat and yachts can also be chartered in the port. There are several golf courses nearby (Bendinat 5 mins in car), Santa Ponsa (20 mins in car). Public transport is available (taxi rank and bus stops) just outside the complex making it easy to get about should you want to explore the island. There is also a car hire company just outside the apartment block should you wish to hire a car. There are 3 beautiful sandy beaches within 300 meters of the apartment, and the complexes large swimming pool is situated in a tropical garden offering lots of shade beneath the trees.

Property accurately described. Exceptionally well presented accomodation within metres of an exclusive marina. The property had all the amenities you could wish for with the added bonus of a thoughtful welcome pack. There is a local agent on hand should you wish to receive any help (not that we needed any!).

A lovely relaxing holiday.

We have just spent a week in this apartment. It is superbly equipped with all modern cons but maintained a very homely and welcoming feel.

The apartment block is a mixture of residential and holiday apartments and ideal for all ages.

The port is a two minute walk from the apartment and offers an amazing range of restaurants and bars. Beyond the port but within walking distance there are more facilities that cater for every taste and budget.

We had an really lovely holiday and cannot fault the accomodation, area or facilities. We will deinitely go back again.
