The appartement is too dark for a penthouse

The appartement is poorly furnished , It`s very dark ,because you can`t open the windows except the doors.We had hard nights in old matraces. The terrace is nice and wide. But you shouldn´`t be tall.The station is near.That`s good for your trips,but bad for your nights. All day you hear the microphone talk from the station.
Owner's Response: The apt has 3 doors/windows to access the terracce + 6 (six!!!) windows to give marvellous light to the apartment (what did clients do?....)
The matrasses are 2 years old
The position of the apartment (5th floor) allows to avoid tipical noises of centre (if you need real quiet and tranquillity choose country side.....) and it seems very hard to feel inside the apt the voice from the microphone of the station....
The apt was tested several times by the owners and they don't feel the same, as well as many clients that spent an holiday there and are very happy and satisfied
On terrace people can stand up easily (some frames pillars of the structure of the building make people bend head, but this doesn't mean that the terrace (100 m2 !!!) is not an open space.....see pictures please)
