High-quality 2-bed apartment to let, near to Moraira & Javea, Costa Blanca

Located in the hills close to the town of Teulada, near the beaches of Moraira & Javea, the apartment is on a complex called Castellons Vida. It is a high-quality apartment, overlooking orange groves and vineyards down to Moraira. This apartment is well-fitted out with air-conditioning, cooker and microwave, as well as a washing machine. Tenants have the use of a large communal pool and tennis courts, close-by. This is our home from home and we are pleased to offer it for rental to careful tenants. As this is a relatively quiet area, and away from night-life generally, apart from local fiestas. It is not really suited for most youngsters. The beauty of this area is the fact that within 20 minutes drive, there is a wide variety of delightful beaches, as well as a diverse selection of restaurants and bars; catering for all tastes. There are virtually no hotels in the area, so no package tour groups. It is an easy drive to Valencia, Terra Mittica and Guadalest.

We can not recommend this area of Spain to you enough. The greatest advantages of this area is the diversity of beaches that are within reach; from the picturesque cove at El Portet, to the sandy beaches at Javea and Moraira; plus the high-cliffed bay of Grenadella. To the endless beach at Denia. There is something for everyone. Also, there is a fine spread of restaurants, catering for all tastes and wallets. At one end, you can get Michelin-star food and at the other you can get a good meal for a few pounds. Within a half-hours drive of Moraira, there are the numerous facilities of Benidorm. The beaches are superb, there are fabulous Tapas bars and there is also an excellent night-club. In addition, there is Terra Mittica and other outdoor entertainment centres. Spain is famous for its fiestas and this area is no exception. There are various events during the year, but the most popular are the Moors and Christians, as well as the Fallas. These are spectacular.
