Luxurious two bed apartment on an elite development on the Spanish Costa del Sol. Fully furnished and equipped. The apartment is open-plan, with a large lounge (with sofa-bed), well-appointed kitchen and dining area. The south-facing balcony is accessed from both the main bedroom and lounge, with great views over the resort and local area. There is a table and four chairs for al-fresco dining, and two loungers. There is a utility room, with a washer-dryer. The apartment is fully accessible, with a lift to the 3rd floor. The site has large, beautiful communal gardens and the exclusive Sol Centre for all recreation and business activities, together with a health & beauty spa. There are golf courses and tennis courts within a short distance. The complex is 15 minutes drive from the Mediterranean Sea. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks, plus other amenities are located in nearby Málaga and Benalmádena. Málaga International Airport is 15 minutes drive.
