Self catering, 2 bedroom first floor apartment, overlooking pool. 5/10 minute walk to golden sandy beaches with clear shallow waters, supermarkets, bars and resturants, ideal family location. Quiet, friendly location, 24hr security with CCTV. Various water sports available on the beach, water skiing, paragliding, pedalos etc. The history of the temple of Apollo is 10 minutes drive,& a local water park is around 15/20 mins drive. The apartment has 1 double bedroom with air con & small balcony, smaller bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom consists of small jacuzzi bath with shower, toilet. Lounge area has double sofa bed, two armchairs & dining table for four, TV, dvd / Cd player, radio & air con. kitchenette has gas hob(bottle fed), microwave, large fridge / freezer, toaster, washing machine(located in bathroom),iron, kettle and all cutlery, high chair. This is a brand new complex, it has small gardens with childrens play area(swing & slide) & a free gym / fitness centre.

Local attractions include varieties of resturants ,English, Turkish, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, many bars to choose from, golden sandy beaches, shops, supermarkets all within 10 minutes walk. 10 minutes drive or bus ride to the temple of Apollo. There is a water park approx 20/30 mins drive / bus away. Also a small fairground 20 mins walk along the promenade, with great waterfront resturants and shops. Approx 1 hr drive to Bodrum (with day trips to the Greek Island of Kos) and all the history of the town. Approx 1hr 45 drive to the city of Izmir. Also there is a lovely salt water lake only 20/30 mins drive away, with lots of wildlife, and great views of the mountains & olive groves. Ideally located for Bodrum airport approx 1hr and Izmir airport 1hr 30mins, flights to Bodrum are limited in the winter but flights are available all year round to Izmir, with British Airways and Turkish airlines at reasonable prices.
